Professional and timely service from Elite Ops. Our technician was on time, wore a mask and gloves on entry, was friendly and answered all my questions.The technician was able to point out some problem spots, offer suggestions and gave us the knowledge to handle the situation independently next time. While I feel like the cost was a bit high for the services ultimately rendered (just setting traps/poison), it would have been worth it if we had an actual infestation (which we didnt know prior to booking). Definitely, would recommend to anyone with a serious mouse problem.

Shortly after doing so, one evening I returned home, pulled into the garage, closed it, and heard scratching and squealing. Freaked out, I did not investigate further and just hightailed it into the house. My fiancé arrived shortly after I did and said that he saw a mouse or rat hanging from its tail outside of the garage door trying to get free.This. Scared. Me. And I refused to go back into the garage until someone checked it out.After calling for service, within two days, to the rescue came Elite Ops, who were early for the appointment, checked out the garage and the perimeter of the house on a complimentary basis.They provided their recommendations, did not try to up sell or push unnecessary products or services, and most importantly made me feel comfortable about going back into the garage.They were tidy, sharp, personable, articulate and it was clear that they meant business. I would highly recommend them.

We found Elite Ops to be unusually professional. Service man and vehicle were meticulous. Very thorough effort to track down our mice. Communication was professional, clear and helpful. Clearly take pride in their work. We highly recommend them.

The response time was very good. However, two days after service, lm having the same problem, which l was assured would not happened. I asked about a service contract due to my concern, but was told it would not be needed. Well l am very upset and disappointed, especially after seeing such glowing reviews and having the same rissues. I called this company because l wanted professional assistance and honesty. I have also tried unsuccessfully to get a copy of my receipt of service. I am hoping to get a response regarding my concerns because you can only leave a message when calling or send an email. Should l get this resolved l will update this post.

Whereas other companies would skip site visits or forget to arm traps, EliteOps was punctual and extremely aggressive in their capture plans. DJ and team built a clear plan of attack, made adjustments as needed, and provided daily status reports to the building as they worked to solve the problem. Every time they visit the building, the EliteOps team is dressed professionally and is eager to answer questions in a way that reassured us that there was an end in sight. As a result of their hard work, we have had zero rodents in weeks and we have moved into a sustainment/preventative phase. We will be using EliteOps for years to come as our go-to exterminator and absolutely recommend them to any homeowner or commercial property owner with a complex job.
