We worked with Legacy Events for our small wedding earlier this year and would highly recommend! Robin was our primary contact and we are so thankful she helped with our big day.The reception and ceremony were held at a remote property just outside of Zion National park. Having the celebration in the middle of nowhere brought unique challenges and required an extra level of planning. Robin anticipated many things that we would have overlooked and her attention to the small details created a great environment. Plus she was fun to work with! :)Both Robin and Legacy were great with last minute adjustments to rentals as wanted to make a few changes the night before.Working with Legacy and Robin specifically was a fantastic experience, and we couldnt have done it without you - thank you!
YES, yes and yes!! Tambra Moultrie is the best planner I’ve ever seen!As a stressed bride during covid, changing my wedding three times… planning was a piece of cake with Tambra, only Tambra could make my wedding planning enjoyable.If I could do one thing all over for my wedding…. I would have flown out earlier to Zion and hung out with Tambra and her family. She is the most positive person who has the special gift of helping others. She isn’t just a remarkable wedding planner, now has become a dear friend. Very inspiring women, uplifting others constantly. She is quiet behind the scenes and will make sure you have the best day of your life. I’m sure there were hiccups during the weekend, which I knew nothing about.I called her many many times in tears, especially during covid stress and with random dilemmas. She just made me feel comfortable in every aspect…. And then you see her WORK!Her pictures do not do it justice, everything is strategically planned and placed well before the events start! I didn’t have any stressors the weekend of my wedding (besides Covid testing which she helped me find)My mother and mother in law contacted her throughout the entire wedding planning. She was patient and cheerful with all my family and wedding guests. I even told her I needed a cooler for all of our drinks to rent… the weekend of the wedding she MADE A COOLER FOR ME! She knew that was my stress, made it all disappear. She earned wayyyy more than she charged me to plan my wedding. Extremely reasonable and I was shocked by how she went above and beyond for me. She planned and organized all of the most wonderful vendors. I’m so thankful I trusted her to plan my most perfect day!I’m 30 years old and have been a bridesmaid at least 15 times…. Best wedding experience by far because of Tambra 💕

My husband and I worked with Tambra to design our dream wedding. I can’t write this review without telling a quick story about my experience in working with her. I called Tambra on a whim one afternoon after I had lost all hope in being able to have a wedding. I was freshly out of college and in the middle of the pandemic that tore all of our original wedding plans right out of our hands. I was hopeless at the idea of having the “perfect wedding” until Ashley and Justin (two of the most wonderful wedding photographers) sent me an advertisement showcasing Tambra’s work. I couldn’t wait five more minutes to call and talk to her. I was so nervous I was going to receive more bad news considering I had huge dreams on a tiny budget. Instead I was greeted with the kindest and most genuine person who comforted me through all of the heartache of cancelling previous wedding plans and then gave me all of the hope I needed to believe in my dream again. Tambra went above and beyond to check off everything on my list and provided me with far more than I even thought possible for my wedding day. She not only supports every idea that you can possibly come up with but she is also ready to provide all of the knowledge you would need to make your day run smoothly and be a memorable event for everyone in attendance. She pours her heart and soul into every single wedding that she plans and is able to provide so much ease during such a stressful time. Tambra was an absolute dream to work with and made all of my wedding wishes come true. Seriously, she is the fairy godmother of weddings, even making what seems impossible a reality. I could not recommend her more!
UNBELIEVABLE customer service. We were planning to host a very large corporate training event in a fairly remote location. Many event rental places were unwilling to even consider doing it, but Legacy Events responded enthusiastically to our out-of-the-box idea and worked with us closely to find ways to make it work. We had a number of unexpected obstacles arise during the planning process and they were always willing to roll with the changes, even helped us think of solutions. They responded quickly to our calls and texts and made it very clear that they were willing to do whatever it takes to provide excellent service. I find that it is harder and harder to find companies that believe in that kind of service, and Im so grateful to have found Jeff & crew. Our company will definitely be using them in the future.
Rented a bounce house from them. Great customer service, answered all my question. From the receptionist to the people setting it up and taking it down. All very kind and pleasant people. If I find myself needed any kind of rental again, I’ll definitely be giving them a call.

This review is for Tambra Moultrie specifically. Start to finish, she was a dream to work with. From her positive and caring attitude, to her exceptional organizational skills, to the ongoing professional manner she possesses, this process was a breeze because of Tambra. I knew very quickly that I could trust her judgement and I appreciated her opinions. She gave me information directly while being an easygoing person to talk to. Furthermore, Tambra collaborated very well with my other vendors and made everything come together seamlessly. I received several comments from my vendors about how helpful her timelines and communication were in conceptualizing the day. As a result of how tightly everything was organized, I honestly did not stress at all come the Big Day. I repeat: no stress. How often does any bride say that about their wedding day? It was just the most perfect day, largely in part to Tambra and her team. As I only get to do this once, I’m just so blessed to know and have worked with her!
Jeff and his staff are amazing to work with. These chairs are spectacular for weddings and special events. They offer delivery and setup services for those who have other things to worry about when preparing for an event. I would recommend using St George Events & Occasions for any party rental needs.
We worked with Tambra as our wedding planner and she is great! She worked with me and my mom to figure out details even though neither of us live in St.George, so it was really useful to have her knowledge and expertise. She was so helpful in figuring out all the details so we didnt have to and made the wedding look and run perfectly!

Legacy Events was amazing in every possible way! When our original plan for ceremony chairs fell through last minute, Jeff & his team at Legacy saved the day! Prompt communication, clear prices & friendly service were only a few of the qualities we witnessed. We rented 2 dozen chairs & some Moroccan rugs for our intimate Zion National Park ceremony. Legacy was timely & set up the chairs just as we imagined! We are so thankful to have worked with this rental company.

We hired Legacy Events to plan and coordinate all aspects of a destination wedding in Springdale, UT this summer, and I have nothing but praise for Jeff and Crystal and their team! Jeff personally took charge of our event for the final weeks of planning and truly went above and beyond our expectations. We are a professional couple in our 40s with high standards for customer service - and Jeff not only met but exceeded our high standards to ensure our multi day event went off smoothly. From the rentals to locating key vendors, to offering us local insight and advice, to the onsite coordination and post event follow up, Jeff showed he is a true professional with a passion for hosting great events and providing exceptional service. Legacy Events has my highest recommendation for everything from a simple to a luxury wedding or event.
I have loved working with St George Events. I needed chairs with little notice and they did everything possible to accommodate me. The equipment was clean and just what I needed.They have a great array of items and are always fabulous to work with.
My wedding was on February 23rd of this year and it could not have been half as glamrours and eventful if I didnt have Margie Slack by my side! She was such a big help to my mother and I. She came in at just the right time and helped me piece together my perfect wedding. She made sure I got the dream day I wanted. That was always the number one priority. I am so thankful for her for giving me my fairytale wedding. ❤️
I’m from Cincinnati, Ohio and my husband and I planned to have a destination wedding at Zion Luxury Camping and we were assigned Margie Slack as our wedding planner. Due to an uncontrollable weather issue we were unable to have an outdoor wedding, and within 24 hours Margie was able to find an alternative location for a reasonable price that was absolutely beautiful, and for that we are extremely thankful. However, our experience as a whole was not satisfying and I would not recommend Margie Slack or Legacy Events to anyone getting married in the area for the following reasons:There was never a clear budget sheet made, even when asked many times. When I made a budget sheet almost none of the quoted numbers ended up being the same and she left out things that began to add up like plates, forks, etc. Literally up until the wedding day we were unsure of how much we were spending.When we arrived to the new event space for the rehearsal no available resort staff knew there was a wedding, guests were asked why they were there and Margie was late to rehearsal, causing undue confusion because we didn’t know what to do. There did not have microphone available to practice, wedding party only practiced walking, not pacing/run-through of the ceremony.At rehearsal, bride and groom were informed that they were responsible for picking up the cake in Hildale, near former reception site. No information was given on when the cake would be ready and then we had to pay a $50 fee for her husband to pick up the cake.Flowers were not ready for bridal party photos and were scheduled to be delivered to the clubhouse at 5:30 pm, while photos began at 4:00 pm.Margie calls groom to let him know that the arch they ordered will not fit in the space, offers another arch. Bride is unaware as they are not together. Margie told bridal party that she avoided calling the bride as to not upset her, and it’s “not like she will go halfway down the aisle and stop”. Also, the flowers from the arch did not match the wedding and were found in a dumpster earlier that day, apparently.DJ, hired and recommended by Margie had blown speaker that was evident when he was setting up. He also played techno music for most of the night even when asked by the groom to stop. When bridal party requested a song from the DJ, he informed them they would have to come back later as he was “in a mix”. No pen and paper was available for requests.Bar was to open at 6:30 before wedding at 7:00 pm, no one was informed if the bar was in fact open pre-ceremony. Margie was given a sum of money for the bartender and to purchase alcohol and she promised to keep all receipts and return anything not spent. After 45 minutes of bar service, bridal party is informed by bartender that they are nearly out of wine and tequila. When asked, Margie is astounded and starts to blame the bride saying that she didn’t even request red wine or tequila. Is becomes apparent that only 3 small bottles (50 servings) of tequila and 8 bottles of wine (4 white, 4 red – 32 total servings) were purchased in an area that does not allow alcohol sales on Sundays, the day of the wedding. When asked, the bartender said that this was not the right amount or assortment for a group of this size, and procures personal wine from her car as members of the wedding party go to their lodging to bring over their personal alcohol to supply the wedding. A refund from the sum of money given to Margie was never received and when asked for the receipts she did not have them but said she would add up the totals from her bank statements.After cake cutting, bridesmaid asks when cake will be served. She is told by Margie that the bride said cutting the cake didn’t matter and people wouldn’t eat it anyway. This is untrue, and when asked, WP staff tells bridesmaid that cutting the cake is not in her job description.Also, apparently Margie told guests that this was her first solo wedding which had never been shared before. We had a wedding, and it was a happy time, it was just nothing we wanted or envisioned it to be.
Legacy event rentals made my wedding better than I ever imagined!! The wedding ran smoothly and Linda was super communicative and friendly, great to work with ❤️😊
Everything was great! They dropped off and picked up when they said they would. The kids had a blast!
