Needed to make an important deposit. Can’t believe they just padlock the doors to the ATM vestibule - before 5pm. No sign suggesting another ATM. I found a Cap one ATM up the street didn’t work.

I had a bad experience at this branch when I tried to access my safe deposit box. The staff behind the teller line gave me inaccurate information about how to make an appt. to open my box. I made a second trip to the branch only to find out I couldnt get into the box because I hadnt followed the proper procedure. I had, in fact, done exactly what they told me to do. So I had to go back a third time. BTW, Im an older person with a compromised immune system, making me more likely to get COVID. This information did not seem to make any impression on the branch personnel. Im a long time customer of Capital One, and this experience has been very disappointing.

I received excellent customer service from Billy today over the phone. I was originally worried about phone service when I joined Capital One because it is such an tech oriented bank, but when I called I was quickly directed to speak to a real person, Billy, and he was extremely patient and answered all my questions in a timely manner.

Thier staff showed excellent {PR} Public Relation in Professionalism.They have such pleasant attitude that you forget your in a 🏦 bank. I like to just say think youll all being there.

I walked recently just to do a regular deposit and ask a few questions about an account I opened recently. I was actually having a rough morning but was really surprised by the customer service. The teller, Aldo, was so genuinely kind and had a great energy. He helped me with everything I needed with a smile and fantastic attitude. Funny how the little things can turn your day around! Great branch.

How to use ATM 🏧 machine at NIGHTS ? Deposit money, withdrawal, and drop off deposit money 💰 Because the ATM machine area looks like a shelter they have six homeless people was sleeping also blocked 🚫 The ATM machine area. Totally isnt secured 😕.

Customer service is ok. 2 ATM machines and these machines take deposits.If youre coming here to open an account, please know that its a open layout - no offices. Youll be sitting with someone whos going to open your account on a tablet.

With many nearby locations closing, this Capital One Bank is one of the only ones left in downtown DC. Its pretty large with tellers in the back and two ATMs in the front that are always available. Its a short walk from the Farragut North Metro.

This used to be my favorite branch. Now its full of disrespectful and incompetent employees including the branch manager. Please fix this branch and get some professional people working there again.

Worst bank ever. When i make deposits into vendor accounts..Capital One tellers will give me their account balances even though i am not a signer on their account. Major security issues. MAJOR.
