They replied very quickly to my quote request and provided useful details and instructions on what they needed from me. I ended up not printing my item here but still appreciated the customer service I received! They are able to print non-standard 30 by 40 posters!!

Repeatedly made mistakes on my order (not following provided instructions on printing, and forgetting to print documents). I would try to communicate via email to address the mistakes and they would continue to make them. I ended up going to the store to try to explain the persisting errors in my order and they were rude, condescending, and unprofessional (blaming their colleagues, and even blaming me for their errors). I will actively avoid using this branch of Sir Speedy in the future.
