The beginning part was great they were very responsive. Then they just ghosted me around January 11,2021. I have contacted the BBB and they are helping me get to the bottom of this.

The first part of my project was wonderful. Good work and communication. Last part they just disappeared. I have not been able to contact them nor have they reached out to me. They are yet to complete a significant part of what our contract indicates. Sad and angry.

I signed up with BWH in early Aug2020.After receiving an invoice for $1,250 I paid half and was told that I would have my manuscript (of which I sent in 8 chapters to them) to be worked on and they would Ghost write the book in its entirety. I was given a project manager tht barely spoke English. I called him on the 877 number several times before he called me back. He was scattered and lost but promised to send my manuscript to his project manager who would read it and work on it with in a week. After the week and 10 days later I got a call promising the work I paid for. I had Anthony call me and make promises and even get irate when I asked to see something written. Then he was fired. I was given Shawn Willis who told me he was out of the office because he had a mental breakdown. Eventually no one returned my calls. I called after 6 weeks of nothing and Jake Simmons answered promising again to get started immediately on my Project. He talked fast and used a Publishing jargon saying he sent my work up to his P.M. and it would be ready in days. Nothing! They lie. They took half of my money to get started $565 and said that I could pay the balance when the book was done.I called several times asking what was done. Always they made an excuse. Finally, I asked for my money back since I have received Nothing. Jake Simmons refused and said my manuscript is on its way. Ive been nice and very patient. These people need to be Stopped!!It is a Fake company. It doesnt exist. I sent a friend to their address and he said that it is only apartments and there is No Publishing Company! I am turning them in to the Better Business Bureau. Be ware!! Dont send them one dime! They are fake. I will not stop looking into this until they are Stopped!!! Tori

Frank, Sheldon, Jason, best people Ive met. My book was in the dust, & they took it to the most selling album in the month--excellent strategies with a very professional attitude and support.

It was a great opportunity to work with book writing hub. They did it so professionally and with in the given time. Looking forward to work with them in future.

Unfortunately this company is a Scam...They stole my money, never did my project and just disappeared, they dont reply to any emails or calls and now I am fighting to get my money back.
