I was stuck behind #776 for a mile or so. After a lot of really confusing behavior (stopping in an intersection when there were no cars ahead of him, changing lanes multiple times in the length of a single block), I managed to get out from behind and stopped at the same light. I glance over to see the driver staring intently at his lap with a pen in his hand, writing. I glanced over as the light was turning and he still had his head down, writing. I really hope International Limousine starts giving their drivers adequate time to do their paperwork, or whatever it was, so they can concentrate on safely driving their trucks and vans.
Bus number 776 will turn from the middle lane and make a right turn and nearly push my car on the curb taking out a pedestrian!!I called to inform dispatch.. thier comment He is one of our best deivers.. smh..
Shuttle drivers are very rude and if they see you coming to get on the shuttle they pull off..thats exactly what shuttle driver #707 did this morning at Columbia heights by the CVS @ 8:46 am. It was myself and another lady trying to get on the shuttle we were even at the door. He closed the door in our faces saw us and still pulled off like we were not even standing there. There need to be more friendly compassionate drivers. What he did was really mean and unprofessional.
I went to the airport, the driver was 20 minutes early waiting for me in my driveway. The car was very clean and I had water in the cup holder. The driver was very clean in a nice suit.
We have used International Limo over the past year (10+ rides) and theyve always been reliable and on time. I would recommend.
My dad owns this company. He had one of his black Mercedes Sprinters take us to Taylor Swift. Very clean and on-time! Thanks Dad!
Great, friendly service from my driver Mark. Interesting conversation yet allowed me quiet time in the back when he could tell I needed it.Would use them again for future transportation needs.
I am so upset with this company. Today I was standing outside of my work place for 45 minutes due to the company changing route times without properly informing their staff which has no clue on whats going on. The service is getting worse by the minute. I work at MedStar Washington Hospital which has a large contract with them. My lot driver is constantly changing, customer service representative are rude and hang up on you if you ask to many questions . The office staff, driver and dispatcher do communicate with each other (I have spoke to all 3 tonight) I just dont get it... How are they in business! I wish my company would find a driving service that believes in quality customer service.
This is a complaint about your driver driving vehicle number 725 (apologies if I got the vehicle number wrong, it was the one on 28 south at 1:20pm on Tuesday 27 December). I was on 28 south trying to merge on the exit lane for the toll road and your driver who was in that lane sped up on purpose to stop me from getting in the exit lane almost hitting me from behind. Not only that, but he proceeded to honk his horn and shout profanities. He endangered my life and the lives of my family members. I had a toddler in the vehicle.Bad driving and even worse manners. This is unacceptable. That driver should not be on the road with his ridiculous road rage.
Lorton Fireworks shuttle service at the Workhouse Arts Center was terrible and left hundreds of people stranded after the fireworks. There was no refund after we all paid $10 to park in a lot owned by Vulcan Materials almost a mile away. We did not receive notice until over an hour had passed when Fairfax County Police came and told us that the shuttles had just left and will not be picking us up. Then, we all had to walk back in the dark to our cars. I will be telling everyone I know not to use International Limo Service and will stay away from using them ever again.I was not able to post unless I clicked at least one star, but this service does not deserve that star.
Thursday, August 09, 2018This company is not good. The supervisors, customer service reprenratives, shuttle drivers are very rude and lacks any form of decent customer service skills. When you call to complain to supervisors and customer service they dont listen, interrupt you, constantly make excuses, there are dishonest, rude, and make you feel like you did something wrong or you dont know what you are talking about. I have called numerous times in the past over a 3 year period to voice concerns and complaints against the drivers and the supervisors said they will call me back. Not one time did a supervisor follow through. Now, the majority of the shuttle drivers are very rude. They shut the doors in your face when you are trying to ask questions, they are abrupt, dismissive, they dont stop to pick up Washington Hospital Center employees up (people at the bus stop and they drive by and dont stop or another famous one, they say they are out of service and they are driving around the campus, at the grocery store in Columbia Heights, 5 and Below Stores, chick fa la, etc.).Their morning shuttle #915 at 8:05 am did not stop to pick up employees at Washington Hospital Center. There were 10 people waiting. At 8:10 am this morning shuttle # 753 dropped off employees. I noticed the shuttle driver had two colored signs in the window (Red and Green). I approached the shuttle driver to inquire which color line he was, he irritatingly responded, what do you see and pointed to the red sign rolling his eyes. I then stated that I was not sure because it was not clear because there was two signs in the window. Driver pointed to the sign and rolled his eyes. I guess he did not want to be bothered. I said sir, there two signs in the window and I was just asking to make sure. He said there is no green sign. I said there is sir and pointed to it and the driver leaned forward and then shook his head and slammed the door in my face.I then called the company. I identified myself as an employee at the Washington Hospital Center at the shuttle waiting area waiting for the shuttle. I was transferred to someone else. I began telling the person (who did not identify himself) the issues I was having this morning the guy kept interrupting me and talking over me. He was not listening to me, but rather he was defensive. I terminated the call because I was getting nowhere as usual. Also to note, the shuttles are frequently late, dont come at all at certain times of the day, and its so unpredictable when a shuttle is going to arrive. I ride the red and green shuttles, but mostly the green.Last week one of the drivers did not secure the wheelchair of a wheelchair bound customer. Securing the wheel chair is your company policy and rule and it is also the law. I didnt know the drivers name but she was obese. Also last week, your driver did not pick a person in the wheelchair person, he said he will be back, then he next said he was out of service. Then we see him again a short time afterwards with one person on the shuttle. He had a female (Driver always flirting with this lady) in the bus standing right at the driver (male) and the shuttle passes us. 45 - 50 minutes total went by before another shuttle came (green line)Honestly, Washington Hospital Center needs to IMMEDIATELY TERMINATE this contract based on poor performance, poor customer service, and poor service.
