EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Save yourself the time, money and energy you have by NOT working with a company like this. After I got a quote over the phone, the owner/employee texted me asking if I wanted to move forward. I said no, and then he said I wasted his time, I couldnt afford the bus, he was going to sue me, etc etc. Again, I dont think any customer deserves to be treated this way. If a potential customer is inquiring about a price and time, there is absolutely no contractual obligation to go forward with it. This companys employee doesnt understand that. There was no written or verbal agreement. I highly encourage you to treat future customers with respect!

This company is horrible I️ paid for 14-16 passengers car when they came the car they sent only could fit 12 we had to sit on each other lap and floor . Who wants to do that when you almost paid 800 dollars for a limo . Then they called someone they said it’s no suck thing as 14-16 passenger which they told me The driver was very nice to bad we couldn’t give him a tip because we were told one price and when got there another price was told so I had pay more then expected . They act like they giving you a discount when really they are getting over . I️ called the next day to see if they can Makeup for the horrible service or at least give someMoney back and they are very nonchalant about the problem long as they have the money . I️ was told call back for the manger Sam which is who I️ talked to yesterday. This was a bad experience don’t waste your money on this company . Then the lights and radio was cut out and in the back so we were in the dark for 15 mins don’t waste your money on this trash this was my first time being in a limo and last they made my experience bad . Don’t do it !!!!!!!!!!!!! If I️ could give them 0 stars I️ would they made my mom birthday with her friends a disaster .
