Michelle is amazing ! She makes you feel totally comfortable, taken care of, and listened to. She very clearly loves what she does and she is amazing at it. The office is nice and clean and comfortable it feels like walking into a spa. I’ve loved my results having seen Michelle and I highly recommend her. She is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Vida Shojaie is absolutely wonderful. Im so grateful I found her, Id been shopping around for an experienced aesthetic nurse I could trust with my face. Words of wisdom, its not the product but the person doing the injections that makes your face look natural, young and beautiful. I have sensitive skin and I absolutely love Capital Aesthetics CA+LC skincare line, from their Rosehip nourishing cleanser to the hydrating serums and creams. I have seen a huge improvement in my skin especially using the brightening & anti-aging eye cream. The doctors and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I always look forward to going to their state of the art office space and receiving great care and attention to detail. I highly recommend their services to friends and family!

Went for laser hair removal on my legs, the doctor didnt do a patch test at all. He just told me the next time I come in he would do it. He did laser on both legs which left burns in multiple places. I stayed calm and return to consult. He explained laser may not be for me. He said he would do chemical peels in attempt to remove the dark burns. I went in three weeks later for my peel and the office was dark and no one was there. I called two weeks straight with no luck. I then had to file a credit card dispute to get a refund for all the laser hair removal sessions I paid for in advance. Overall, I would say stay away, unprofessional, and very questionable practices.

Currently very disappointed with how this places seems to run its business. I made a laser appointment weeks ago, and when I called today to ask about parking (which they werent able to give a straight answer on) they mentioned offhand that their laser machine wasnt working and so my appointment was cancelled. Why they didnt tell me that proactively is beyond me. On top of that, they said they had no indication of my appointment and had they, they would have called me, which makes me question what the individual was doing when I made the appointment in the first place. Then, when I asked to reschedule, they said that they would call me next week to reschedule themselves. So - they didnt have my information to tell my appointment was cancelled, but they did have my number to call me back? Hopefully if and when I ever get to my appointments Ill have a better experience.

I could not ask for a better experience from a doctor and team. Irini is so hospitable and makes you feel like you are part of the family. There is no rush when interacting with Dr. Johnson or llona. It was my first time ever having any type of work done, and I was a bit nervous to get my lips done, as that is your face, and you cannot hide it if something goes wrong. The procedure was quick, and Dr. Johnson talks you through the entire process. My lips look AMAZING! Very little bruising or pain. I cannot wait to go back in a couple of months to add a bit more. 5 star team all the way around. Thank you for everything.

Great staff, great facility, great services! So excited about my laser hair removal and love the friendly people at Capital Aesthetic (also love the heated toilet seat, lol).

Arrived on time for my 12:15 appointment and nobody was in the office. Called their phone number several times and received an automated message that the number was no longer in service. Very bizarre and frustrating, as I wasted my entire lunch hour traveling to the facility for them to not even be there.
