Very Dishonest Company. Their driver hit the back of my (parked) car in a parking lot. I was told to wait there for management to contact me, but they never did. They would not give me their insurance information for my claim, and my agency had to track them down. Then they contested the claim, leaving me liable for nearly $1000 in damage that their driver caused to a car that was not even on at the time of the accident.

The service was excellent.

Unbeatable price. I booked K&V Transportation for a funeral event. I had several family members coming in from out of town to commemorate my grandmother for a 3-day weekend event. I booked a single motor coach as our mode of transportation for the weekend, and things could not have run smoother. The customer service was great, the price unbeatable, and we were just satisfied overall. Highly recommend.

The best experience out of all transportation companies in the area. I book several shuttled transportation services for my corporation year round, and decided to use K&V this season. They were timely, and incredibly detail oriented with a complex itinerary that was finalized days prior to the event.

Spectacular service! My stay in D.C. was wonderful thanks to the kind transportation offered by K&V. They were punctual, flexible, AFFORDABLE..... And the vehicles were clean and well maintained. No problems and our driver was extremely pleasant and amicable!

We used K&V for a 4 day event with a lot of transportation involved. We worked with Manny on setting up our events and had many last minute changes that he accommodated with no issue. All of the drivers were on time and great to work with . Our overall experience exceeded expectations.

Excellent customer service. The company was very responsive, approachable and amicable. Booking a transportation service has never seemed so easy. The entire booking process was free of hassle and made my transportation experience with the company one thatll make me use them again in the near future.

The coach bus arrived on time but it was broken. The bus had no a/c and the driver couldnt open the door. After opening the door through an emergency switch and getting on the bus, we had to get off because the bus was so hot but couldnt get off because of door problem. Finally it was decided to exchange with two mini buses because no coach bus was available. But the mini buses had very bumby ride. Also, the driver had no experience following the Google map directions. I am giving one star because the bus wasnt fully checked before picking us up and we wanted to travel on one bus.

Provided spectacular shuttle service. On time for every pickup, drop off, the vehicles were always in good condition with well functioning AC systems, and no breakdowns as experienced with previous transportation companies. Definitely a 5-Star worthy company.

I cant say enough great things about K&V Limousine Service, specially Shawn. He was able to assist me with my international clients that were in DC for a congress and had changed their transportation needs very last minute. Everything was well organized and Shawn was there to help me execute all our transportation transfers, (even on the weekend!) I will continue to use K&V anytime my clients are in the DC area. Excellent. After another vendor cancelled our booking, my company was in dire need of transportation for guests from our headquarters to the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. Within less than a weeks time of searching an alternative company to work with, we were able to book a shuttled transportation service for several guests through K&V Transportation. They are without a doubt, professionals at their craft.

We hired K&V for a gala event to transport over 200 guests. Their punctuality, efficiency and reliability, made for a an excellent transportation service!! We used K & V Limousine Service for our wedding this past weekend. We had the 18 passenger Cadillac Escalade for the bridal party. We had Tito as our Diver . He arrived on time and the limousine was clean, comfortable and appeared as advertised. We had Tito take the groom and groomsmen to the church and then the bridesmaids and bride. After the ceremony, the driver (Tito) drove us around the area for photos, then took us to the reception.We also rented two 36 passenger shuttle buses for transportation to and from the reception. We requested that they provide a ‘shuttle’ service going from the hotel to the event and returning back to the hotel at the end of the night. The drivers Jerry and Jose were professional and took our request; they also took an additional request, we requested that one of the shuttles drop us off at the bars rather than the hotel.Communication with K & V Limousine Service was great, our point of contact was Shawn and he did a fine job.

Hired KV Limo for our wedding, for both the bridal party and 140 guests. Our guests raved about how professional and accommodating each of the drivers were. On time for every part of a full day and all the vehicles were clean and appealing to our guests. Could not have been happier! We also had to make some late minute changes in the itinerary and had some issues (on my end) with the payment, but the customer service staff, particularly Shaun were so helpful with. Would recommend KV Limo for any event.

Me and my softball team had Curt or Curck as our bus driver, he was absolutely the worst driver ever. First off he showed up late to pick up. 2nd he had no idea where he was going, I had to help him navigate also he has terrible costumer service, currently still on the bus and having a terrible time
