This guy is totally unreliable and a liar. I have an elderly tenant in a rental property where I need work done. I scheduled with John for a specific time and date, and he never showed. When I called him that afternoon to ask why he didnt show, he acted like he didnt know what I was talking about. We rescheduled for the next day at 10am. I even called him the following morning at 9:15am to confirm he would be there to meet the tenant, and he said he would be. Didnt show again. Made this woman wait all day. I have called him 5-10 times since they, and now he doesnt answer his phone. This is the kind of guy who gives contractors a bad reputation.
