So sorry to hear so many customers have had bad experiences with this company - to be honest I was so surprised - Have only had service for about a year and have to say our service has been top notch, in my area the driver is the crew :-)... at least I think so - and he has ALWAYS been polite and nice. When we first moved in we received a list of garbage haulers and I called each and everyone, and WM had the best value. They have always been on time. We recycle intensely so we typically only have one of those 13 gallon bags each week, packed full! BUT WM also picks up our recyclables and THAT is usually full to nearly overflowing - we use one of those really big bins AND the regular size blue bins - When I asked customer service about having extra recycle they explained I could use any bin, just make sure I mark it WM Recycle, which we did! The big bin has no lid so we have a make shift cover that the crew is always is careful with. I hope every ones experience improves!

Very good service. They always pick everything up. The both crews are very nice.

You dont show up when a special pick up has been scheduled, and you pick up crew is more concerned with taking pictures of the trash they dont want to pick, then doing the job. I used Waste Management at my home in Pennsylvania and the service there was excellent, here in Green Valley AZ it STINKS!

WM is a nickel and dime company. Rates constantly go up, service is hit or miss. If you use your own cans plan on replacing them regularly from collectors damage or pay a bunch of ridiculous fees to use their cans.There are much more dependable and reasonably priced trash removal services in the area.

Very good company always picks it up, puts cans back very nice, very nice drivers, and very good fleet of trucks!

Missed our trash pick up twice during weeks that a holiday fell on. Talking to a dispatch person and being lied to saying that our trash would be picked up within a few hours which was a lie each time. Taking the trash ourselves to the dump and being told for 2 trash cans full of trash that it would be $65! That is ridiculous when I pay my bill on time every month!

Cost too much to dump off two boxes of ashes. We recycle and burn most everything so when we cleaned out our burn barrel & tried to take two boxes to the dump and they wanted to charge $65 to get rid of it. Outrageous.

Its a garbage dump there isnt much to say. But if you have a CNG vehicle they do offer a public access fueling location.

Terrible. They pick and choose who they fire. Meaning some can get away with dangerous accidents and the others will get picked on and fired for minor to mild mishaps (yet they preach safety). Btw they also give you tricky assignments according to who you are and hope all goes well. They play a game of who’s been at the company the longest and color, not fairness. Management does not like women or ppl of color. Apparently there’s been multiple employee based lawsuits with the Current management. Do not work here unless you’re a bootlicking a** kisser. I see why they’re always hiring. Even down to the call centers😂.

I do not normally write reviews, but I am beyond impressed with their kind and quick customer service. Will be picking up our treadmill no problem and no extra cost. Wonderful!

We have used them for a number of years and have been satisfied. They arent perfect but reliable and dependable.

Worst trash service I have ever experienced. They do not pick up the trash most of the time. They have broken 2 of my trash cans. They threw the lid to one of my trash cans in the truck. Absolutely terrible.

They don’t pick up the trash half the time and don’t send out any notice . It’s been two days since trash day and STILL nobody has picked it up . This is like the 8th time in 7 months that they just randomly don’t show up on trash day and I’m absolutely sick of this . Looking for another company to do business with .

Total morons ! just threw my newer garbage can in the truck and crushed it!

Ran over a sign ( $ 300 ) that I had out front and just threw it in his truck thinking no one would notice .We have it all on video and they still will not replace the sign or give a credit .
