James was very patient with me today and it did not take him long to help me find exactly what I was looking for. He took his time to make sure I got exactly what I came in for. And after going back in a second time, Chris Ross was absolutely phenomenal in helping me make I purchase I could not do online. Thank you so much!!!
Just purchased a reclining loveseat, reclining sofa and a recliner. I hate going in a furniture store and having someone follow me around. Here I was able to look with my spouse without hassle and ask questions if I needed to. The purchase was a breeze and delivery was on time. Id like to thank Chris, Shaun and Brittany for all the help. The recliner came in with a bent frame and I was able to trade it out for another one we liked better. Great Customer service is a huge plus for me and they have gone above and beyond.
I have purchased many many things in the past 12 years and have never had a problem with any of it, in fact we still have every piece we have purchased. Mr. James who works there is Phenomenal and he is the only one we deal with.

I ONLY work with Janet or Chris each shopping trip. The delivery guys are A1, especially Tony and Charles can fix it all. Great team. If you dont conduct business with them specifically I cant speak to your experience but their longevity there speaks for itself. Keep up the GREAT work guys. 🥰

This use to be one of my favorite stores but I’m highly upset how management is dealing with things. I get stuff is on hold or what but if you have something on the floor that’s the same price and I would rather have that then wait weeks. Shouldn’t you at least try to work something out with your customer. I wish I could say this is the only thing that has made dislike shopping with these guys but it not so guess I’m taking my business, family and friends to Greenville.
DO NOT SHOP HERE... People ask as many questions as you can. There are LOTS of fine print rules to mattress warranty that they dont tell you. A recently purchased a mattress from them not even 2 years ago and it has failed. There was a small stain (which by the way we bought the mattress protector that they recommended and that failed) So because of the stain they did not want to honor the warranty. The indention is so bad That you can press in it and the whole thing collapses. The bed will not be resold at cannot be fixed so what is the point of them not taking it back because of a small stain. The manager told us to call the mattress protector people and get them to pay for it when in reality Im not bringing it back because of the stain and because the protector failed Im trying to exchange it for another mattress at their store and being a cash costomer. The mattress protector company that we called which I think was called true care would not help us because the staying did not get reported when it happened and I threw the protector away, but none of that information was reported to us at the time of purchase. Very poor management and customer service very disappointed that we are out $800 now have to buy another mattress from someone else!!!!!!
Went there to buy a mattress and was told they had to order it which took a few days. I said that was fine and paid extra to have them deliver it to my house. When they finally showed up with the mattress it was the wrong size. I had already disposed of my old mattres so I was stuck without a bed for 4 days waiting for the correct size. They offered no explanation and wanted me to pay another delivery fee for the correct one.I decided to go there instead of speaking with them over the phone. When I got there they seemed very confused and kept calling me by the wrong name. I corrected the employee at least 3 times. They did end up taking the extra delivery fee off the bill but Im very disappointed with the way they handled everything.I will never ever buy anything from them again. A simple apology would have gone a long way with me but they didnt even do that.
Our salesman Chris was amazing. Very knowledgeable, patient and kind. Both Chris and Janet were very professional, yet made us feel welcomed and important.

If I could give zero stars I would. So I got a recliner/rocker/arm rest set back in March and it sounds like it’s 10 years old. It squeaks to no end. Called the store today and they told me since I picked it up that we would have to take it back for it to be “serviced”. The reason we picked it up instead of delivery because they were going to charge $100 for delivery to a Washington address, like 9 miles out of town. I refuse to shop Badcock again. Please don’t make the same mistake I did.
I love the furniture that I have purchased from Badcock & More.. I have always dealt with Janet Moore and Chris. They work really well together and gave always been very helpful to me in helping me to make my choices in furniture. Everything in my home is from there. I have only had one issue that I had that I really wish could be taken care of.. I noticed my bed footboard frame has a split it the wood. I had had the bed just at 3 years. I had never noticed the split until the other day while making my bed I was actually changing the mattress cover. It could have very easily had been that way since day one. I asked them about that because I knew I had insurance and all in everything as they had advised me to do so. And they looked it up and said I was just this month too late to report.. oh no that is HORRIBLE . MAKES ME SAD.. OTHERWISE MY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN GREAT AND I DO PLAN TO USE THEM AGAIN

I took my husband to show him something today and the sales lady followed us after we were very clear we needed no help, and then she STOOD THERE BESIDE US the WHOLE time without saying anything. She literally just watched us and would not give us any space or alone time to talk about the piece of furniture. She even butted in at one point to ask a question when it was non of her concern and it made both my husband and I very angry and uncomfortable. We were almost fussing about getting the furniture and she was right there... she was horrible. I almost had him convinced and she is the reason we ultimately decided not to get the furniture. AWFUL service. Almost felt like i was being stalked.
I have been looking for an affordable lift recliner for my boyfriend for a while and there it was. Also the sleeper sofa I wanted was right there as well. Two birds with one shot. And the one year with no interest and 3 year warranty didnt hurt when making my decision at all.
They were really busy. Took a while to get some help but James was very helpful and informative. And helped me with my needs in getting my furniture.

I don’t know what’s going on with this store lately but that new lady in charge that calls herself the manager is bringing the store down. I don’t know where they got her from but she needs to go back.

I have been doing business with the Washington nc store saw a grill I was interested in they told me I could not purchase the floor model I said ok they moved it to the back room I said if sold call me I have an account went back a week later it was gone said the mar Shaun okayed the sale I called corporate they said they would order me one and charge me a 100. Dollar assembly fee that is just not right they do not appreciate their customers I want be buying anything else my name is Willie Scott
Sharon is great. I had a TV screen get broken during a delivery. It took a little time but Badcocks replaced it 100%.
I had the most horrible experience with this place! Their customer service is about as sorry as I have ever seen. They definitely have no concern at all for the customers. I went in this facility with plans to purchase a mattress set. I was annoyed right from the start! The salesman was rude and pushy. Then after ordering the set I wanted delivery was gonna be Saturday which then changed to Monday and then finally till Tuesday. When I asked if I could be the last delivery of the day due to having to work I was told by Sean, the so called store manager, that I could not dictate my delivery time and there would be a 4 hour window given and if I was not there then tough. He was so beyond rude and hateful to the point that I cancelled my order and got a refund. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS STORE!! THEY ARE NASTY!! CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!
I bought 2 sofa and recliner rocker from them where they had put them in the budget department and was taken from the floor.I called them a day or so after they deliver them and inform them that something is wrong with one of my sofa and recliner.The sofa you can see the big gap in it and sitting in the recliner you sit on nothing but wood I called them and it took 2weeks before the man came and looked at it.He wrote down what I needed to fix it and told me it would take a few weeks before they would get the parts in I said ok and called them to see have it came in but it hasnt.Now its been almost a year and I asked them about it and I was told that they have no records of it .(Bad Business) Bought the insurance because they said if I was out of work the insurance would pay no they didnt and I should have let the flood taken it because it wasnt worth the headache that BADCOCK gives you.Well its been some months ago and I spoke to the new manager regarding my sofa and it was said that he would look into it well only thing he told me that he would look into it .When he did he said he didnt see any paper work on it .I spoke with two employees regarding the matter that remember me one said that the part was in the back the other one went and looked and said it was move???? 😂I really dont understand whats going on I told them that they could come and get the one thats broken and I just pay for the one thats not then it would be paid in full😀

Had good service in the past. Paid my first account off. Just recently bought a recliner and three payments in we discovered that badcock turned us in for 11.00 dollars. They are saying they did not do that. That we are not behind. They said this is not there problem. They should make the call to trans union and tell them that there is no money due. So I am not pleased anymore and will never buy another thing from them and will make sure I share my story with others. Well update they never got in touch with me but how amazing it has been removed from our credit report. Guess what guys Badcock flagged us because my husband told them that if they did not correct the mistake they made he would have to get a lawyer. WE NEVER HAD TO GET A LAWYER. The main office is telling us now that we would have to get our lawyer to contact them to get our account unflagged. I went in the store to make my monthly payment and got totally embarrassed in front of customers standing around. Badcock made the mistake and we were just trying to get our credit straight. What part of never got a lawyer did Badcock not understand. It is against the law to flag or hurt someone’s credit for something that did not happen. Badcock would had to have heard from a lawyer by phone call or letter, they did not get any such thing. All I want to do is pay my account and enjoy my chair. My husband Clifton Pyle and I are not happy about this treatment of Badcock this second time around. Badcock made the mistake It is a sad day that someone can mess up someone’s credit and a man is suppose to just sit back and take it. NOW BADCOCK FIX THE FLAGGED ACCOUNT.
Before anyone buys anything from Badcocks, be aware of their arbitration agreement. They want you to sign a contract, stating that instead of bringing in an attorney, for yourself, when you have a problem with Badcocks policies, you will contact them, and they will negotiate with you. That is a bald face lie. The only negotiating they do, is to continually tell you what they want you to hear. Keep in mind, that even if you ARE NOT behind on your payments, if you tell them you will get an attorney, because THEY refuse to negotiate, talk, bargin, or even help you with a problem caused BY BADCOCKS, they flag your account, refusing to take your money. I was not behind on payments. BADCOCK FURNITURE notified Equifax Credit Agency, that I was $11 dollars behind. Then said it wasnt on my credit report. But it was. After two days of phone calls to Badcocks credit department, with no help at all from BCs, I told the CSR, that if it was not removed from my credit rating by midnight, I would hire an attorney. That night, at 9 pm, the discrepancy was removed. I left it alone. However. Today I went to make my payment, I was told my account was flagged, and they couldnt take my payment. When I called their credit department in Florida, they said I hired a attorney to represent me in a court of law. After asking for proof of an attorney working for me, they became irate and sarcastic, and further, COULD NOT PRODUCE SUCH PROOF. But yet they want a letter, stating that I am not seeking counsel against them. So before you sign that arbitration agreement, think long and hard. Because if you have any problems during your contract, (arms falling off chairs, table legs splitting down the middle, lamps catching fire, springs poking thru your matress, or any number of problems )YOU GET SCREWED TWICE. YOUR BEST BET IS TO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BADCOCKS AND MORE.

This is the third time I have been to this store. Each time I have been ignored. I spent more than 20 minutes on the floor looking for a living room set. I was never approached by a salesperson. It is a shame because they missed out on a cash sale.
