Buyer beware! My company went with Microdesk for our Autodesk renewal because they were the cheaper option. After the renewal, I cant seem to get a hold of ANYONE there who can help us set up the BIM 360 portal.My sales rep told me that he only works on new accounts and I needed to reach out to my account manager (who never gets back to me). Give me a break.Microdesk is quick to sell you something - Id avoid them at all costs!

They were hired to update our Revit templates and after $5k+ we ended up starting again from scratch and addressing internally. What a waste.Outside of this, support has been poor quality and extremely slow. Dont recommend.
