I had a great experience working with Parker + Lynch. I appreciated the time and energy that they put into the recruitment and vetting process. Most of the candidates that came our way were a good fit. Once we hired an individual, throughout the first 90 days a follow up check-in was scheduled once a week to make sure the candidate was continually doing well.
