Both companies provide exceptional training in their office, and in the field, before you actually receive any assignment, to go over the rules and regulations and expectations of the company.The speaker will also discuss what they expect you to wear, which they will go over the uniform policy and procedures pay, and things of that nature. Once you’ve completed the paperwork Process and gone over everything, you can then discuss whether you are looking for a permanent assignment or fill-in assignment.If you are looking for a permanent assignment sometimes they may not have it immediately but that may be because they are filled up but they do have them eventually quite often and you could do the Fill in assignments until one comes available.I love this because if I can’t do an every day/week assignment, there’s always a text Blast message that comes across everybodys screen from the company to see if anyone Is available to take an assignment, if you can take the assignment, you just say “YES”!The company will call you and go from there. I love the flexibility of working a fill-in spot. having to you start an assignment you are told to go to the property and get hands-on training with the Concierge that is on duty at the time 2-3 hours before your shift starts.Some people I have met at the company while working as a Concierge’s have even furthered their career from the property possibly filling in as a leasing agent or other options that could take your career in a different direction, so this is definitely a great place to work and, I definitely recommend this company to anyone who is in need of a career!🙂💯👍🏽

I’ve had the pleasure of being introduced to the company by both Ms. Gladys and Mr. Artis . Ms. Gladys is very helpful and prompt with helping someone who is interested in working with the company.Also Mr. Artis is very informative about the company as well and he makes you feel welcomed .

Worse company to work for! No accountability, high employee turn over within the office, management is incompetent and not properly trained. I worked for this company for two years and there was always an excuse for not doing things properly with poor taste. I would advise anybody to apply to any company but HireOne. No company growth.

Great Staffing Agency to work for, I started just before the Christmas Holiday in 2019 as a Front Desk Concierge, and they have kept me very busy every since. Ashley is truly a Great Staffing Manager, she contacts me on a regular basis with assignments, and to see how I like the company thus far. I Love the fact HireOne sends me to beautiful Bozzutto, and JB Smith properties all throughout the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area as well. YASIN is an amazing person who is very humble, and knows how to talk to people with respect. I liked how he explained how Hire One works, and how he talked to everyone at the orientation on Thursday, with his an amazing personality. He made my orientation pleasure as well as knowledgeable which was very important. Sandra Jones and Artist are great individual people who I also met when I came to the office, had a great conversation with each one of them.

Excellent place to work, especially when in need of fast cash.

Besides having to train all of their personnel myself, I’ve found the disorganization and lack of accountability beyond frustrating. 2 out of 5 shifts are called out from without notice and management is not even remotely interested in meeting expectations. Highly unreliable and untrustworthy.

Very friendly atmosphere and they aim to successfully assist you with finding the right job for you! I enjoyed my time with them.

Dont work for this company. Its a waste of time and your liable to not get paid for shifts you work. They are unorganized and they dont care about the people they hire. They just care about keeping their contracts. This has been the worst experience of my life. I made a big mistake in trusting this company. If you are smart youd go in a different direction. They will mess your money up and you will work for free and the saddest part about it is it will be your fault for trusting them and you wont be able to do anything about it. They dont respond to emails. They just dont care.

Every staff of Hire One is kind, gentle and friendly but very professional and skill. Specially Ms. Sandra Jones, COO & Managing Partner is excellent.

This is a horrible company to work for they are very disorganized from management down they hire people without doing drug test because there to cheap .Sandra isn’t great she is going to run the owners business in the ground they can’t keep management Sandra doesn’t take accountability for anything run far away from this company don’t use there services and don’t work from them they are very Messy they will do anything to keep a contract they are far from ethical I’ll give Christian Alvarez a month and I’ll give Artis a month before there replaced they are very unprofessional use Kelly Services any other temp service but them
