Awesome people great products.

Bought a used load right trailer for a boat that had been in the water for two years. The trailer was garage kept. The boat was in california and sent to north carolina. Trailer looks amazing. No rust, and hardly a scratch. So thats a 2k mile haul. It arrives here with no brake rotor attached. Every single bolt missing off a $6k two year old trailer probably used 4 times. Called customer support. “Sorry your out of warranty”. If your in the market for a trailer, dont buy the Load Rite. The brakes fail after 4 uses and they dont stand by their product. Spend the extra money and get the Rolls Axle.

I purchased a new SeaFox boat last year and came on a Loadrite trailer. Have had a brake issue for some time and finally started hearing a grinding noise come from l/f wheel. I went to local dealer in Greensboro that got me in contact with Loadrites district manager, I also made contact with my Boat dealer where I purchased boat and trailer. Within 2 hours of making initial contact was called by Travis Newbern discussed issues and quickly knew the issue would be taken care of. Travis stated he would come to my home and make needed repairs. Ordered new Caliper, rotor, new hub, and also upon me looking at the wheel noticed because of the brake fibers had damaged the aluminum wheel he replaced the wheel and tire assy as well. Besides my Boat dealer Avalanche Motorsports I have never seen such great customer service and the attention to make sure the customer is taken care of like i did from Travis and Loadrite trailers.Rodney V

Brian bonds is liar he told my husband to lie about check that got lost because it flew out of the window and say something spilled on it my husband was ready to pay for the lost check but instead he told him lie because he was the supervisor ...then fired him load rite better look into Brian bonds....
