I had purchased my computer at a Best Buy with a 2 year warranty. Of course, something happens right after the warranty expires. It would not power on at all. Best Buy said that it was not the charging cable, and I would need to let them send it off to Kentucky for service.It would take 2 weeks....which I did not have the time to wait that long.The tech at BB was kind enough to recommend Kobuchis. Which, I called him the same day, and dropped off my computer. It turned out that I needed a new motherboard. I had my computer back and working within a week....and it didnt need to go all the way to Kentucky.Fair upfront pricing, fast and professional...HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

After best buys geek squad messed up my computer after having it for 2 months, I called here and he was amazing, fun to talk to and within a few hours I had a quote and a fixed computer after best buy told me it was non- repairable and to buy a new computer system. This guy is highly intelligent and I will always come to him for computer repair! Best phone call I could have made!!! THANK- YOU A MILLION TIMES OVER!!

I usually try and fix my computers myself but my knowledge is limited. I had installed a new GPU and hard drive but my computer wouldnt start properly afterward. Took it here and they had it back up and working in a reasonable amount of time and the price was good. Very nice people as well.

I brought my computer in due to a surge that fried parts of my computer. He diagnosed it, helped fill the forms for Renters Insurance claim I needed, got me the information I needed in a timely fashion, and was always good with keeping me updated on the progress of things. My computer came back even better than it had before the surge happened. The price was VERY fair and reasonable, and felt better supporting a down-to-earth family man than Office Max who wanted to charge me almost 3 times as much just to diagnose it (thats not even replacement parts and labor)! Was recommended by my sister who also used him to fix her laptop. Cant say enough good things. A+ Guy. A+ Service.

I needed data recovery on an old computer that had crashed. He was able to deliver much faster and wayy cheaper than any name brand company that I contacted. Will definetly use him again in the future.

Mark did it again, just like the first review below last month. After three hours on the phone with both Dell and Netgear trying to resolve difficulties setting up a new router with my printer, he was able to remotely access my computer and solve a rather complex problem in 20 minutes. This just reinforces my recommendation that Mark is the person you want working on your system.Mark is extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his resolution of computer issues. My PC was severely infected and he was able to resolve all of the problems in a timely manner at a very reasonable cost. He provided further service remotely once the computer was back in my home by solving a problem in 10 minutes that Apple was unable to fix with two hours of their customer support. Mark answered all my questions and provided recommendations for future protection with various software downloads. This is my first stop for any future computer issues.
