I do not recommend anyone else to come get any services done with FREDO. It’s almost a year since I gave him my phone. Not one time have he ever called me to pick up my phone. I have called him multiple times and he keeps giving the same answer or excuse to why my phone isn’t ready. Then he charging me a arm of leg for. Today is May 5,2021 he still hasn’t reached out or at his shop. We went yesterday it’s closed. Today his phone is going voicemail. I shouldn’t have to pay for my due the FACT that I gave you my phone in June of 2020. This doesn’t make any sense that it’s taking you a long time when your website clearly say fast and accurate. I wasn’t trying to D-Grade you unfortunately it’s been over months. As a customer I truly deserve a free phone nothing lesser of the phone that I gave you. Either the same phone or something better for your inconvenience.

This establishment is extremely unprofessional. I brung my laptop to get fixed(New cooling system) about 2weeks ago and it’s still not fixed. The owner will give you the (RUN AROUND)he never answered the phone so communication is non existent, you literally have to go in to the place to find out that your stuff is still not ready and when you tell him your concerns all he do if give (EXCUSES).

I’ve always had my iPhone screens fixed here since I had the iPhone 6 then 6plus and now my iPhone XR. He have made me aware of the iPhone 6/6plus touch issues are built into this molded phone after fixing the screen of multiple ones the screen on all up and stoped working . So I later took them to apple and had to replace the phones because I was unable to use the touch I couldn’t unlock my screen or even type and locate certain apps because the screen was unresponsive. So now I’ve had my IPhone XR for some time now and have never cracked the screen until just one time I did not too long ago about 2 weeks ago he fixed the screen like brand new but just like my previous I phone6/6plus’s after he fixed my screen the screen was unresponsive to touch sadly when he addressed it was only in the 6/6plus and now it’s like any model type so I called and he said just bring it in the following Monday and I didn’t even bother because I knew at that point it wasn’t me or my phone it was a crook looking for the mistake he made out of fixing one issue to create another in order to have recurring business not knowing this scam will decrease his business sooner or late and it’s sad because I’ve recommended my mother friends and family to this man who will fix one thing don’t get me wrong but purposely create another issue just so that people can come back and spend more money instead of genuinely fixing the problem without another problem and letting people trust him and come back instead he wants to rush and make an even bigger problem for money smh I do no recommend him at all .

Ive been patronizing this business, 4 years now. My lab top was purchased and repaired here! My daughters iPad and our iPhones have were repaired. Fredo PC Repair is an authorized dealer for a few cellular carriers. Which I am currently using! The best computer and cellphone repair in the DMV!

Great service

Awful service- 1. For initial issue I later found out my screen had not been replaced despite being charged for it. 2. Second issue was with mother board and after holding my computer hostage for months, not weeks but months I had to pop up on the shop to get my computer back. I would never recommend this business and I was intentional about wanting to support a business of color. Fredo refunded what was charged for the motherboard issue but not the screen which was never replaced. He then called and was rude and argumentative. I am going to take him to small claims on principal as the case isnt worth the refund. I attempted to speak to him prior to these reviews but again he was unprofessional. I do not recommend this business as there are a clear lack of ethics.

I’d advise you to go somewhere else, I’ve gotten 3 iPhone screens replaced here and just after 1 week 1/2 my screen starts to act up then completely stops working . I’ve replace 2 brand new iPhones because of the same situation right after he fixes the screen including the one I am typing from now, that is taking 10 minutes to type this paragraph all because of the same reason that my touch is messed up and screen is unresponsive. He will try and charge you $80-$100 just to fix a mistake I am beginning to think he is creating just for more sales so if you can go to Apple or a fix it place to get your phone fixed to avoid this problem .
