I decided to pick Chem-Dry based on reviews I found online and Im so glad I did. They were quick to respond, answer my questions, and schedule an appointment. Michael text me when he was on his way to my house. When he arrived, he went through the house, explained the process and told me the cost prior to performing the service. Michael was extremely professional. I have 3 small dogs that incessantly barked at him but he was so friendly with them and just worked around them. The whole process did not take long and my carpets look fantastic! Thanks so much!! Ill definitely be a returning customer!

My carpets are still wet 9 hours later. Soaked my carpets and my tile when cleaned. Not happy having wet floors for that many hours

Boston was on time, quiet, and pleasant to deal with. We did a quick lap of the house and he talked about a few different high traffic areas that he would focus on. Shortly after it was complete and the price came out as quoted with the 3-room special. Will definitely be using them again when its that time!

Boston did a great job. We bought our house 18 months ago and it had 16 years of grime in the tile grout and the indentations in the tile. Looks as good as new now. Boston is a great representative for your business.. pleasant and fun to have in our home.

The technician was very friendly. The price was competitive. The window of time they were scheduled to come was between 2-5pm. I was told I would get a text when he would be able to come to my house. I had to call them to get the real time. He didnt show up until 415pm. It took until the next morning for everything to dry. There was a stain only about 2 weeks old they were not able to get out of my carpet. I feel like it was a something they should have been able to get out. My recliner looks great. My sectional looks better than it did before.

This company did a great job on the carpet I need to give it about 4.5 Stars I asked the guy to clean real well at the edges between the carpet and the wall because the last time I had the carpet cleaned the worker didnt touch that at all and it was a different company and when I came home I could see that he did a really good job at the edges

Chem Dry has a great cleaning process that doesnt soak the carpet. Most of my carpets were dry in a hour except where they treated some urine spots. Their purt removed the odor and saved my carpet
