We got a Toyota Corolla from here some odd years back and when it was paid off, went back and traded it in for a 2015 Camry. They were easy to work with and made the whole ordeal fast and painless. As with the Corolla, got the Pecheles promise and got my oil changes and tire rotation covered every 5,000 miles. Since we only live around 15-20 minutes away, is nice and I dont have to worry about getting all the stuff together and crawl under the vehicle to do it myself. I will be back when its time to trade the Camry in.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. My car gave me a “maintenance needed” notice & i was told i needed an oil change & tire rotation by this Toyota’s service department. Was ensured during the appointment scheduling that there would be someone to help me get the car seat in & out. There was NOT. the service department manager had to help & he was great, super friendly, but the tech i was checking in with, JOHN 1) walked away from me while i was politely explaining which car the seat needed to be moved to & then 2) refused to help switch it back when I picked up my vehicle. He just gave me a blank look when i said i had no help to get it back in (I’m also several months pregnant) & with a toddler this is a very difficult task, hence the reason that i stated i would pass on the service if there was not someone to help me move my toddlers car seat. All of this struggle just to find out i actually did NOT need an oil change. All of this for a simple tire rotation. They ended up leaving me in the parking lot with my toddler crying bc i had no way to get my kid home safely & i will be traveling 6 hours home tomorrow, and am still trying to figure out how to get my car seat back to safety standards. Toyota should not have agreed to take it out if they could not get it back in.

I’m actually disappointed with Toyota - not Pecheles. My car has never worked like it’s supposed to. Toyota should acknowledge that it was a faulty Sound System and either add the Apple connection to my car or give me one that was added to cars in 2019 since it wasn’t working with 2018 cars. That was essentially a huge bother since I had to take the car in to two different dealers and they spent lots of time working on it.I may not buy Toyota next time!

This was my second best experience with Percheles Toyota of Washington NC, although the transition was completed, I wanted to switch to another RAV 4 in another color but was told that I couldn’t change it. So make sure you choose what you want before the paper work is completed (the only complaint).

Ive bought 2 cars and a truck here and get servicing so on Friday when I noticed a headlight out on my Tacoma I called them. The gal said just drop by for a bulb change. When I pulled in the service advisor looked at me like I was crazy and said it would be at least a two and a half hour wait. Not exactly the response I expected. Went to Washington lube and they did it in ten minutes = $20.Its me again on 3/11/21. After replacing the front and rear seals in my wifes Rav 4 the a/c did not work when she got home. She called the service manager and they said No way thats got anything to do with us removing the motor but we can look at it in a couple of weeks. She took it to the local shop in Williamston today and they showed her where the A/C pressure switch had been disconnected and fixed it for free.

Service was prompt and the personnel were very helpful and polite. I appreciated the complimentary service item provided at no charge. Overall a great experience.

Man if they had a 10 start option I would give it to them. After visiting several other local dealers first, I decided to inquire with these guys online. I immediately got an email and I was a little rude to the salesman and told him I was over car dealers for this day already. He immediately called me and understood my frustration and made it a point not to give me any of the same issues I had been dealing with elsewhere. When Ben called, I told him what I wanted, what prices we had been given, and trades. He called me back and made a deal, no questions asked. I never left my couch. My wife wanted a new Camry and they have accommodated her and made arrangements for her to get it same day, whereas the other dealers couldn’t do until next week. So my wife gets her new Camry for her anniversary, I get some good husband brownie points, and Pecheles has earned a new customer! While there she made an offer on a new car for my daughter and they told her they could t do that. Well, three other dealers accepted the same offer on the same car. So unfortunately we didn’t buy our daughters car from here because the salesman didn’t want to deal. Ben was great to deal with and I wish he was still there. He made things happen and happen fast. So their rating has dropped for us and we will only use them for service plans that came with the car. Outside of that we won’t use them anymore. Too many car dealers that are trying to sale cars to deal with sticker prices.
