If youre going to do a 1-on-2 interview, with an analyst and 2 students, please train your BAs to not favor one student over another. The entire time it was extremely uncomfortable that one of your BAs (Brad) made over 80% of eye contact with the other student, and directed most of his interest to the other. At that point, he might as well just told the other student Censeos not interested instead of using his body language. The interview process was extremely unprofessional. The other interviewer, however, was much more friendly and outgoing. She made the other students feel comfortable.
