This company is so good. I love the way they are so professional and their public relationship with customer is amazing. I especially loved dealing with Hunter and Filipo. They are so young and have a great work ethic as well as are very professional.

I was referred to Floodmaster by a contractor.I had a leak in the roof that damaged inside walls. Someone came out the very next day after I called.He (Filipo) asssessed the damage, surrounded the area with a plastic barrier,took out wallboard and diagnosed the leak. Set up fans and machines to dry the area. He also helped me find a roofing company. He was very helpful and really knew his job.After the roof was repaired and walls dried out, Hunter came out and did the repair work. He was extremely good! Very precise and did an excellent job replacing and painting. His attention to detail and talent in replacing the woodwork was supurb! Both guys always called ahead to let us know they were on their way, were always on time and went out of their way to help us out. They are polite and knowledgeable. They are awesome!! The office people are also very friendly and helpful. These folks all helped make a bad situation much more tolerable. This company is great!

We woke up on a Saturday morning to a flood in our basement. We called Flood Master and they were at our home very quickly. Their techs were clean and respectful. I was so impressed with their attention to detail. They made sure our home would be safe for our daughter with severe asthma and allergies. Owner admits that they were very busy during the time this work was committed, and apologized for how they handled the timeline of this project.In the end, the work done is quality work. Idk how they matched the paint color so well, but it looks really great.If only it were possible to give Zero stars.Their employees are such liars. Every week for 7 weeks theyve told my family member that theyd come to fix a water damaged room--1 bedroom and closet. It still isnt fixed.How do you even stay in business?

They are covered by insurance and they can and will get your insurance to cover the costs. Dont be fooled or distracted by other companies saying that only they can do your clean up, or that they were sent by your insurance company and unless you use them your insurance will not cover you. This company is absolutely horrible. I would give it a minus 5 stars if possible. We had a pipe break and flooding in our basement. They spent an entire day walking around in the pouring water and did not have enough employees to stop the flood or even begin fixing it. The owner of the company was totally unhelpful and so we finally told the one technician they sent to pack up their equipment and leave at 6 PM that night and hired someone else. Within one hour another company came with a team and had the problem identified and proceeded to begin mitigation and clean up. Flood master was totally incompetent and unknowledgeable about big jobs and floods.

The initial response was quick and informative. All flood master employees were nice and easy to work with. The problem was they started the job, Oct 10th and finished the majority of the work on December 5th. They just completed some trim and drain cover on February 12th. We had to rent a condo for two months to live in while they attempted to do the work on our house. The work on our house should have taken 1 month max. They had multiple issues with sub contractor scheduling. On top of the scheduling problems the sub contractor that did our tile work did a terrible job (Dixie Custom Tile). They took a long time, they damaged our existing tile there attempt to repair the damaged tile looked worse than the chipped tile. But the grout on the new tile is what looked the worst. They completely missed some areas, and the grout lines had no consistency, some grout lines were very deep and some filled to above the tile height. They came back to try and fix it and it didnt look any better than when they started. I got so frustrated and had no confidence in there ability to fix the problem I just gave up and plan on living with the sub par workmanship.

This company is horrible. It has been over 10 months since the leak in our kitchen and flood masters has still not completed the work or the claim. The are dishonest, ineffective, rude and unethical. They dont pay the subcontractors and lie to them. It is impossible to escalate any issues as they insulate their owner in order to protect their mistakes and broken commitments. If you have a water leak, DO NOT CALL FLOOD MASTERS of St. George
