St. Francis Hall was an absolute dream venue. My husband and I are so incredibly thankful for the entire team at St. Francis Hall for helping us to plan the perfect wedding even during the challenges of a pandemic. Ed, Cara, and the rest of the team always checked in with us and made us feel like we were a priority to them. They were incredibly responsive and always answered our questions and accommodated our wishes to personalize our big day. All of our guests remarked how incredibly beautiful, unique, and amazing the venue was and we couldn’t agree more. Thank you for everything!

As a local wedding photographer (Maddy Williams Photography), I truly enjoyed working at St. Francis Hall this year. It was such a lovely, hidden gem and offered the perfect, private atmosphere in the middle of D.C. The gardens are absolutely stunning and a dream location for any photographer to capture a ceremony or portraits in. I highly recommend couples consider St. Francis Hall for their wedding!

One of the best moments

I couldn’t recommend St. Francis Hall more! Cara, Ed, and the entire team there were such a joy to work with. They were super responsive, super flexible, and we felt so supported as we planned (then replanned thanks to COVID) our wedding. Then there is the space itself - absolutely stunning. They recently updated some aspects of the hall and it is even more gorgeous than when we first saw it. The bridal suite is a huge asset and gave us space to store our belongings during our event, step away when we needed a moment, and have a place for kiddos that attended. It is also shockingly affordable - definitely consider having your event there.

Artists were phenomenon! The venue though the seats were uncomfortable simply awful hard and stiff, no snacks or concession, this like a 3 hr event??, the venue did not look like the advertisements by far this was disappointing..

My fiancé and I originally planned to have our wedding here (before COVID) and the team at St Francis Hall is PHENOMENAL. They truly go above and beyond to give couples the best experience possible. I highly recommend this venue for anyone interested in getting married in DC, the venue itself is large enough for ~200-250 but still feels cozy and intimate. The details are beautiful and the lighting inside is perfect. Overall an amazing venue!!

Apt venue for a medium size gathering of around 200 odd people

Positive- facility is very clean, and a lovely setting. We hosted a dinner event for 160 guests.HOWEVER - Correspondence with the facility began 9 months ago. Throughout the process information was erratic, irregular, there was no contact available via telephone, all questions were directed via email and had there been a better flow of communications information could have been handled more efficiently. A detailed contract was worked out and yet key elements appeared to have not been included. Even after a final walk through, three weeks before the event with the caterer and florist and rental people, the Facilities Manager, changed details the day before the event and attempted to charge more money and prevent us from entering the facility at the previously agreed upon time.He was surly. disagreeable. And so difficult that he made the entire process unpleasant.This was a business event. But had it been a wedding - it would have been a truly horrible experience.A shame given that it is a beautiful building.

My daughter had her middle school graduation ceremony here. Place was really nice. Decent size parking lot. Comfortable seats. We all enjoyed ourselves.

I actually stay here to visit last year. How wonderful they are! It extremely beautiful restaurant, it not only just a restaurant.

Physically, a great venue for 100-200 people seated, plenty of parking. Staff was friendly and helpful. Place was gorgeous. My only gripe was the food - mine was tasty but cold, and my fiancés food was overlooked, yet cold. We were not the only ones with cold food food.

Where my reception will be in 2020 cant wait to see it after the renovations
