I took my car in for my transmission seal to be fixed, they fixed it and it runs good, in that process they cracked my windshield and trying to say they never cracked it. When I dropped my car off my windshield was perfectly fine so while my car was left with them for a week my windshield got crack. They are trying to say that they did not do it even though my car was only left in there hands. I would not take my vehicle back

Highly recommend this place. They are honest, very good at their job, I cant say enough good about them. We brought our 2005 Ford Explorer in for them to check it. They said it just needed a small amount of fluid, put it in, and it was fine. Saved us alot of money. I am so thankful for their honesty and expertise. (again) Highly recommend this place !!!

Friendly staff. They drive vehicle (if can) to help understand whats needed. Quick service. Not open on weekends, so show up in person to pay or may have to wait until after weekend to pick-up.

My 2006 Outback had a transmission code. I called tri-state and they asked me to bring the car in. Gary checked the code and looked at the car. We found out that an instant oil change company changed the diff fluid with atf. Gary quickly got my car in the shop and put the correct fluid in the differential and took care of the low trans fluid. In and out in about 45mins and they saved my transmission and differential from self destructing which would have cost a lot of money to repair. Great shop would highly recommend.
