Customer Service is excellent.I believe the job done was fairly priced, professionally completed.Communication was clear and understandable.Made referrals to other businesses for the areas they don’t work on.A very pleasurable experience; highly recommend!

Over rate non essential repairs at times of inspection to make bonus points for the store. Dealt with Pugh’s for 30 Plus yrs but failing an inspection due to not buying 900 tires is BS ! Had vehicle inspected and passed at another repair shop after pointing out why they didn’t pass it. They lost me as a customer last wk when this happened. Go elsewhere is my advise. This was posted by me for my husband who does not have social media. And you are correct after 2018 I refused to have my vehicle taken there and switched to a reliable and trust worthy Auto Shop. I even did and asked others and they too refuse to carry any vehicle due to over priced repairs or some repair was not even in need. As I said you have lost a long time 30 yr customer due to greed and untrustworthy repair. And no I refuse to deal with your manager ever again. Thanks !

They didnt try to upsale me, they gave me a great price, and I was in and out with 45 minutes and the place was very very busy, so dont let too many cars scare you off.Since it was my girlfriends car and I was in Washington, NC I couldnt use my regular mechanic. And ever since I saw that investigative report on jiffy lube charging for services not provided Ive been very wary about going to these in-and-out places.However, you can see the bays from the seating area, and everyone there looked old enough to be mechanics. They were super friendly, and they support our troops and as a Vet that really makes a difference.I feel safe to say, visit Pughs Tire in Washington the next time you need an oil change.

Lived in Greenville and have been a committed Pughs customer for 29 years. It was a different experience in Washington today. Moved to the Washington area six weeks ago and thought to pick up the good where left off. Well, not as expected. Arrived at store 7:27am with doors opening and third person in. Requested a regular service and to check a leaking tire. It was determined I needed two tires along with the service. Understand needing to return for the order of the tires not on hand. The issue was the very slow service with not departing Pughs until 10:07. The leadership skills and service are not the Pughs I have always respected.

They did not want to take the time to listen to me or look for the problem. I will be doing all my business with you. Was on vacation and needed an oil change before we headed back. The crew at Pugh’s in Washington, NC are amazing. They were extremely busy and still managed to get me in on time and kept the appointment under an hour. Free tire rotation was included. Definitely recommend these guys to everyone!

Recently purchased tires on Friday. I went to the store on today and noticed my tire was going flat. As I pulled into the parking lot. Management approached me stating they would not be able to help me because they close at 12. I have been caring for my child who was had surgery on Wednesday. It was 10 am when I pulled in. The person stated they could only put air in the tire. Then changed mind when they saw how flat the tire was. After checking tire I was told that they would not replace tire because of not having road hazard protection. Asked several time about purchase policy. The person talked very nasty and unprofessional to me. I have had my vehicle serviced here many years. I asked if it was possible to have a defective tire. Response was we are not in the business of doing fraudulent things. It never crossed my mind that they would sell me a bad tire. When I originally went in on Thurs to purchase tires I say there for a hour before they even knew that they could not find the fourth tire. They wanted me to purchase four and come back the next day to get it put on. I declined and returned next day. One service associate contacted me Thurs evening and said the found another tire in the warehouse. It saddened me that I was treated in this manner. Taking my business elsewhere

Was in Pughs just last week. Lets just say Alfredo and his group are outstanding. After a couple of trips he fixed my truck and even returned it to me! Awesome customer service from this group. Highly recommend

Worst experience EVER! If I could leave a zero I would!! I was headed to a kids birthday party when my tire light came on saying low pressure. I got out and checked it and it was still drivable, so I looked online for some where to take it before it went completely flat. I had my 6 year old with me and it was 98 degrees out so I did not want to be stranded. I pulled up to Pughs in Washington with 15 minutes before they closed. They immediately started shutting the bay doors when I pulled up, a man on his cell phone saw me looking through the door into the bay and started waving for me to go. The man behind the counter finally came out and I told him what happened, and he stated that all he could do was offer me air in the tire. I was shocked, mad and upset. I had my son with me and did not want to be stuck on the side of the road with him having to change a tire. It does not take that long to plug a tire. I was given air in my tire and the guy checked my other tires pressure which I had already told him was fine I could see all the pressures from my car screen. That guy took two of my specialty caps and replaced one with some plastic green cap and left the other one off. I understand that it was close to closing time and they were ready to go, but what happened to customer service and being just plain nice??? Obviously I couldnt plug the tire myself and I needed help. I was polite and nice when they turned down my business. I have been to them in the past but I will not EVER be back to any of the Pughs location after this experience. Needless to say I found another location in Washington to take my business, and they gained my permanent business based off their wonderful customer service and great pricing!

Got a premium oil charge for the best price around. Not to mention they price match everything and everywhere so as the said, We wont be beat. Alfredo was an inside person and he was a big help. All the techs and others working thier were professional and worked quick! Definitely recommend! A+++

Definitely not a speedy lube. Shop is clean and guys are nice enough, but it literally takes hours every time I take a vehicle in for an oil change. The only reason I take anything there is because its within walking distance of my house so if it takes 2-3 hrs I can at least be comfortable.

Don’t have a flat tire in Washington NC and expect Pugh’s Tires to repair it or change it even 3 hours before they close or even suggest someone here who can repair or change it! I’ve never had a service based company to tell a single lady that they are swamped and can’t help or suggest another place who can help you.. He offered no assistance at all😓.Shame on them!!Being in a customer service professional job my entire career, I was shocked!! Heads up ladies, I went down the road to Haddocks Repair and they said it make take us a little while but we will certainly take care of the punctured tire!! Thank goodness there are still good customer focused and caring people!!

If you have a million dollars and don’t care about getting ripped for to your last penny. All you got to do is stop by pughs. And on top of all that they don’t even fix what needs to be fixed right.

I have had employees work on my car for four years. I have never had a problem with employees or service to my car. Fresh popcorn, bottled water and coffee are available. TV is on and chairs are comfortable.

Fantastic service was spoken too with respect and when I came in I had low hopes for what the would be able to do because of how much damage was done to the car I expected to be hauling my bumper in the backseat but when it came out the man had pulled the dent out win a torch and fastened the bumper tightly it practically looks brand new price was even less than the initial estimate I’ll be doing my business with pughs from now on

Called morning of 11/27/2017 to ask if I could drop my car off at 12 and have someone bring me back to work, said yes that would be fine and someone could bring me back. Showed up a few minutes past 12 to drop car off. Guy with beard on phone for 10 minutes and there was a lady already standing at counter waiting on her car. After he got off phone and went to garage to ask something about her car. Came back talk to her and then took her to the garage to show what he was talking about. Never once has this bearded guy even acknowledged that I am standing there. After a total of 20 minutes I left. I WILL NEVER BE BACK TO PUGHS IN WASHINGTON NC AGAIN. This was my 3rd time going to this Pughs and will never step foot in again, there are to many places in Washington NC to get oil changed to not be acknowledged.

Waiting room was small and cramped, not a deal breaker. what was a deal breaker was the young man at the counter, claimed to be an owner but i doubt it with him looking to be hardly 20. Ive been here and to the locations in Greenville. This location is slightly less expensive but all in all the memorial drive store seems to have the best service, manager and staff at that location are just easier to deal with.

Pretty quick service and they let you know of how much before they do the work.
