Mr. Leon was very helpful and I am recommending him highly. He did an excellent job handling my truck when it was wreck and stored it perfectly. He was very kind and respectful. I couldnt ask for anyone else. The location is easily to seen, the over all area is clean, easy access to retrieve my truck.

We were on a weekend getaway and a deer stuck our car. Norman came and was very professional and went above and beyond helping us. You dont find people like him much anymore with kindness and understanding. If you are ever fortunate to have a deer hit your car in his area, or repairs you need done dont hesitate to call him. Honest and fair, beyond any garage I ever dealt with.

Well, besides the main guy taking the first possible opportunity to brag about not believing in COVID and having lived ignorantly/recklessly for the past year and a half (in literally 2 exchanges of small talk while checking out...I suppose its my fault for mentioning that I was excited to be taking a road trip and finally seeing people close to me after such a long time quarantining or not being able to travel like normal!)Which was definitely a bit off-putting and I thought it was a strange choice on his part.But FWIW, they got me in right at the end of the day and took care of me in just about 15 minutes (just needed my annual safety inspection, and my car is fairly new and in great shape).

We were visiting Bath from out of town and our check engine light came on. We stopped at Normans and the mechanic checked things out and was able to explain the issue. Really appreciate that he dropped what he was doing to take a look at our issue. Thanks!
