By far the best customer service that I have experienced in a very long time! I was taking a road trip alone with my 2 children, from NY to NC, when my car overheated while making a pit stop at the National Zoo before heading to Richmond for the night. Benny and his team quickly assessed the vehicle and determined it needed a new radiator fan. It became apparent that I would not be making it to my hotel in Richmond. I was a bit overwhelmed and tired but Jessica was extremely kind and incredibly patient as she helped me find a hotel for the night - while still attending to walk-in customers. She even used her cellphone to call a few places herself! Benny and his crew were going to try and get me back on the road as soon as possible - and that they DID! I was able to pull away the next morning (earlier than we all thought), and make it to NC. I seriously couldnt thank them enough! Its been 2 months and the car is working great! Benny & Jessica even checked in on the car and us just recently. Just wow! Great business over there, keep it up! Or maybe you can move up north and open up a shop:-)

I had a great experience here. I hadnt done maintenance other than an oil change on my car in years and they fit me in during my work day so it was totally hassle free. Prices were comparable to other chain repair shops so I didnt feel like i was getting billed unfairly! Service was great, especially front desk staff. Jessica got my consent for brake replacement and sent me estimates so nothing would be surprising when i picked the car up. She was super personable and kind, definitely deserves a shout as well as the techs who work here! Thank you again!

My family has been servicing our cars at MetroMotor/Parkers Exxon for ages and have always been happy with their work. When I bought a new car a few years ago I had it serviced at the dealership until they told me it needed numerous repairs recently. I went back to Parkers and found it didnt need all the things the dealership had said it needed, and the repairs that did need to be made were less expensive than what the dealership quoted. Most importantly Ive always felt I can trust Benny, who has a great new front office manager in Jessica. I highly recommend this Palisades institution and will not be going back to the dealership.

I have had nothing but positive experiences working with the Parkers Exxon team. They are reasonably priced, very professional, knowledgeable, honest and transparent, and friendly. I turn to them for advice about my car, in addition to regular maintenance and any major repairs. They are a wonderful part of the palisades neighborhood!

I guess i was forced to use this wretched company through AAA. I had my battery replaced 2 weeks beforehand, and my car wouldnt start no matter what i did. Therefore either the new battery was messed up or theres a bigger electrical prob with my car. I waited TWO ENTIRE HOURS for the company to come tow my car. Two guys showed up, not happy to be there, But when they got there they jumped my car and told me no it is fine and to drive it wherever i needed to go.When your battery is replaced and then within 2 weeks your car fails to start, there is an issue with your car, rendering it unsafe to drive. This company FORCED me into an EXTREMELY UNSAFE situation where i had to drive a car that very likely had an electrical issue or transmitting issue. Probably the most nervous 20 min drive of my life to a repair shop. Minds you, AAA told me a tow company was coming to tow my car. Said company shows up, REFUSES to tow my car and FORCES me to drive something i felt was unsafe.Dont use this company, clearly they have hired enough employees that have no idea what theyre doing.

Jessica, Benny + co took such good care of me and my CR-V when it needed a new tail light. They left me feeling heard, understood, and comfortable with the plan, and the work was done in one day. Will definitely come back!

Had my check engine light come on while driving into work. Dropped it off in the morning, they were able to diagnose the issue and fix it up by that afternoon. Responsive to questions, and straightforward in their approach to addressing and resolving the problem. Great little shop in DC!

Been going here for routine oil changes and maintenance for a while. Always do great work and communicate well regarding any issues with the car and drop off/pick up. I had an weird sound coming from a front tire, they took my call and checked the car immediately.

My 335ixs starter died in downtown Washington, and I had the car towed to Metro Motor. Benny and team were great about keeping me informed of repair progress and cost. Their customer service is tops. A must go-to for locals and commuters who need work done while in town.

I came in to get a slow leaking tire repaired. They diagnosed it for me on the spot and set me up with a repair appointment right away. I was expecting to get a hard sell on new tires, but I was in and out with an inexpensive repair. Very good value, service, and pricing, especially for a city service station! They have good service follow-up too. Two thumbs up!

Been bringing my car here for a decade. Great service. Clear explanations of what maintenance is needed, why its needed, and if its the kind of thing that can wait or needs to be dealt with right away.

I make special trips to get my car serviced here, just because its nice to have an independent shop that you can trust. Dont come here if youre looking to pinch pennies, but its worth it to have the job done right.As for the gas, its about what youd expect for this part of DC.

The staff at this neighborhood gem of a service center are excellent. They’re friendly, technically excellent, responsive, and generally very helpful. They’re also fair and trustworthy. So why only 4 stars then? That comes down to the price of gasoline. They are consistently high compared to Exxons across the bridge.

In response to the other posts... You get what you pay for. If youre looking for a jiffy lube or someones friend working out of an alley, this place is not for you. If youre willing to pay the little bit extra for a nice DC shop you wont be disappointed. They have highly skilled technicians who take each job personally. Even with very problematic vehicles they have the patience to deal with issues that other shops write off.

We had a horrible experience here. Still currently dealing with the aftermath of having our car stolen because an employee left our car unlocked and the keys in the car. Zero effort has been made by the owner to apologize or offer any assistance. Our vehicle was referenced as, “ easy to forget about because it wasn’t a BMW, Mercedes or Lincoln.”

Complete rip off of a gas station. Go literally anywhere else if you can make it

Egregiously dismal highway robbery prices. Would rather rake my back with a pickle fork than pay the outrageous rates they charge here. The man behind the counter was crass and insincere, told him that I popped a tire on the way to work and was told it would be several HOURS just to replace the flat tire with the new one I have, not even to mount the tire, quoted me at nearly $50. People and places like this are why the world is going rotten.
