They do great work! The staff are very pleasant and helpful. My car is a 2002 Chev. Malibu an older car and Im satisfied with the window regulator and other work.performed at Franks. Ive passed their shop many times and Im so happy that I took my car to Franks.

Frank treated me fairly and gave a great price for mechanic services. He will be my goto choice for mechanics in the future. And hes cheaper for oil changes than jiffy lube! You just bring your own oil and filter from Walmart or auto zone around the corner.

Fair and reasonable prices. Frank has been a savior for my 2002 Honda Accord. He is transparent about the costs and always repair my car in a timely manner.

Frank and his guys are incredible. I live a few blocks away and drop in with my car for repairs/ service as necessary. Frank always has me in and out the door as quickly as possible and is incredibly patient with my bad explanations of issues (i.e. its making a noise from the front somewhere). Prices are always fair, service is fast and professional. Would 100% recommend them to anyone in the DC

Took him two weeks to change a fuel pump and never answered his calls. Charged $700 and was working on things I never authorized when I went to get it. Rude, slow and overpriced. Total slime.
