As a driver who bought their first car and needed advice on what best to get if I am not a daily commuter, I was sold the Milewise policy and completely mislead from the start: from the agent who pitched the policy to me at the beginning, to all the agents thereafter who advised me on the many discrepancies that occurred. My premium was comparable but slightly lower than traditional insurance, but no one communicated that it meant it applied only if you didnt drive at all. What kind of policy is that and why would anyone buy that? I was disappointed every time I called for help or advice, there was never a straightforward answer ever given and I never felt like I was dealing with a knowledgeable agent. In the end, I was charged double my premium and what any traditional policy would have cost. I would not recommend dealing with Allstate or this office.

Maria was patient, professional and guided me step by step through the process over a five day period. She called on the appointed times and was such a delight to talk to. Im not very happy with the customer service at Allstate. Ive been a client of Allstate for years and the times Ive needed to connect with someone directly to change information on my account or inquire about my plan I cannot get a hold of my rep or anyone else. Im considering leaving Allstate and switching to another insurance company with better customer service.
Marie Renee Gonzalez, from Allstate, was very professional and patient when I was a potential customer looking for new insurance. Once I signed the contract she did not do what we spoke about (delay the start of my insurance until May 6). Instead my payment was paid in full 3 days later and my current insurance company was notified. She never returns my voicemail or email. So frustrating this makes me want to cancel and go with another company.
They never are available. Do not answer, do not return calls and sometimes dont even have a message set up. They are cheap I guess, but I should look for a better source for basic insurance needs. There should be a Public Choice that is offered by Government. I do not subscribe to the theory of Government Sucks.

Allstate is a very good company,they made sure I was covered with insurance at a great price they took care of me when other car insurance places didnt.i
I had a good experience with Greg Owens. I wanted renters insurance for a while and then when I wanted to cancel, even though one of his employees didnt cancel right away as she said she would when I called her (this was somewhat frustrating), when I emailed Greg directly, he did cancel it right away, and he even cancelled outstanding charges and refunded some money in addition, back to the date on which I called his employee.
Do not torture me with your comerciales..
I have not had any problems with Allstate, there prices are great, and it seems that their customer service is as good.
