This has been my art studio for the past 3 years, and it is perfect for my needs. Perhaps the last frontier of affordable art workspace in DC... Including some photos of my space in this review.

Hidden gem of an arts studio. I had no idea it was there! I went to their holiday open house event and it was packed. It was fun -- good snacks and wine! There were a ton of artists in their studios, lots of art for sale, a cozy gallery with a variety of artwork (I cant afford, but I loved it all), a nice person welcoming people at the front door, and a really friendly staff member filling supplies at the food/drink tables and chatting with the parents and kids. I hope they have more events and that I wish I knew it was there sooner!

Great community of artists that help run this studio space. Willow St. Gallery is downstairs and often features work from the artists.
