The worst whoever owns this property doesnt care about anything but money. Do not move here. Its infested and needs to be remodeled badly. The staff here are also the worst. There have really bad communication and in general are not helpful at all.

It will never be your apartment, it belongs to the mice. The property manager is awful and the management company always fowards you to Mr. Killian’s voicemail. This is not a place you should ever bring your kids, I have regretted every minute.

Rude, incompetent, as well as highly unprofessional Staff. I would recommend keeping a Log.

The worst complex in dc. nothing ever gets fixed good luck with that. rodent infested also rental office never answer the phone. after calling for 3hrs with no answer phone stops ringing like my number was blocked horrible horrible horrible. i regret moving here. office staff never seems to be in the mood to help dont move here i dont care if they were the last place in dc.

This is the worst place to live, the janitors suck . These apartments are filled with mice, they will come to your apartment swearing that they fixing the problem then a week later you still have mice. They take you to court for not paying your rent on time but can’t make sure stuff in your apartment don’t break and can’t keep mice out . DONT MOVE HERE!

The worst .. Mice infested .. They never fix anything ..the landlord tanisha is completely rude but never concerned with getting the mice infestation under control but quick to take to court when you late on rent..not worth renting at all .

Dont answer the phone line always busy ...its ridiculous I have to go to them to ask a question when they could answer the phone

I am not a resident but worked in the area for pizza delivery. Seems to be an improved living complex now compared to the 80s & 90s.
