Stopped by to check this place out, I had heard they were doing some upgrades, when I walked in I noticed a fresh looking reception desk, right away it looked better, also I saw the Manager here going around cleaning and vacuuming herself. For a small gym I think they are definitely trying to get better and I feel like I might give them a chance at my business.

I signed a membership contract for $10 a month about three years ago I noticed when the pandemic started that they were taking $30 a month from my checking account I question the transactions with staff and was told to go and contact corporate there’s scammers I don’t recommend this gym they are stealing money out of your account so think twice

Ive been a member on and off for years. While I havent taken classes on years I will say when I did they were some of the best. Its a no frills place, the locker room is clean with the bathroom area being pretty old. If you want fancy this isnt the place but if you just want an affordable gym its perfect.

I like this gym, but hardly anyone wears a mask here. Its sad to see. Most people wear a mask below their nose and a decent amount of people wear masks below their mouth. Ive never seen staff do anything about it. Ill raise my review if I see better management, or if covid ends.

This Hot Mess of a Gym. It needs an Upgrade. The place is Dirty. The only one I ever saw working on the floor was the Manager. The assistant manager Freda does nothing except start false rumors about its members, being rude and she is more interested in what goes on in the parking lot than her interest on whats going on in the gym. Stay away from this gym there are better gyms out there.

I am sympathetic to all those that have been affected by this pandemic. I understand that that businesses lost money, people, everything because of it.Therefore, when I looked at checking account the other day and noticed $49.99 taken out, I thought it was due to the virus and an increase in dues. I went to the Warwick office and was told it was the annual dues. I took a look around the gym and noticed many people not wearing masks. I told the attendant that I have severe asthma and can not risk going to a gym. I told them I had to cancel and wanted my annual fees reimbursed since I won’t be able to go there. I was given the mgrs name to call the next day. I called her and she said to call corporate Because she can’t issue a refund. . I called corporate and they said Warwick has to call them to issue a refund. I called Warwick and was just given the run around. Why should I be paying for dues when I won’t be able to attend? I can not risk getting sick just to go to the gym. Now, no one returns my calls. My reason is justifiable for not attending. All I want is my $49.99 back that was taken from my checking since I don’t owe any money as I canceled! My finances have been impacted too!!

This gym is the worse one around, its dirty,smells, outdated and they charge you after you cancel.

Been a customer for a long time. Not a fan lately. With Covid and being immune compromised, I figured they would have strict guidelines in place. You come in they take ur temp and more often than not nobodys there to see it. Then the, so called assistant manager, gets on the loudspeaker to say you must wear ur masks over the music playing at full volume and to a bunch of people with headphones in and sits back down and talks to the staff in the back room. God forbid anyone walk around and do their job and enforce it and while theyre at it CLEAN. The funniest part of this is they raised their prices, for what. My membership is up in a few months and like a lot of others, Im out.

WOW Warwick is a smaller gym, but well organized if it isnt right after rush hour or when work gets out.If you are looking for the rowing machines, this WOW does not have them. However, they do have what seems to be a well utilized childcare center for those who need to workout and see that their family is taken care of.The good thing is that the gym is located in a central area with a local retail shop that has good prices on things next to it. I recommend checking it out as well.

Great inexpensive neighborhood gym. I have been a member for quite a few years. WOW Warwick has the BEST staff who are both hard working and friendly.

Good spot to do cardio

The staff was great! As soon as a walked in, a employee came up to me and started asking me general questions about what my goals were, why i wanted to join a fitness center and made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I didnt get the male employees name but he was very helpful with walking me threw the gym and showing me different machines that would help me reach my goal. Ive been going for 6 months now and i still love it. i also enjoy the Hi and Bye and smiles I get from employees when i come in and leave the facility.

Great place. Kinda small but great atmosphere. Id recommend early morning or after 7pm when it dies down.

It is a 10 dollar a month gym. Nothing too fancy. The place is kind of dirty and run down. The employees do clean quite a bit though and they are really helpful. The mens bathroom area needs to be updated badly. I am not a mold expert but I am pretty sure there is mold somewhere in there. They offer daycare for the parents and I think that is beyond fantastic. It can be tough getting through the weight area as there are meatheads taking selfies,flexing, and talking on their cellphones instead of working out. So much for HIT training. The people that go there are varied and the majority of them are very friendly people. I enjoy the place mostly. Except for the running....running is evil.

Terrible experience with the customer service. I’ve just called to speak to the manager about the bill from the collector from WOW, that was sent there without even sending a bill or any proper notification. I haven’t been at this gym for about a year I guess. The card that was on file was stolen a while ago and they never called me to ask what’s going on with the payment, they didn’t leave any voicemail or anything, they just sent it to the collector with the fees, so my total was $112 or smth like this.I called first time, and the guy told me that the waive the fee, so my bill should be $60+ !So it’s so easy to change the sum. He told me that the manager will call me back in few mins cuz she is on the phone.2,5 hours later- nothing.I called again and this was my worst customer experience ever!!The lady, who told me she is an assistant manager,her name is Freda as far as I understood, sounded extremely rude from the very beginning. I asked to speak to the manager, but she started asking me how she can help me and didn’t connect me. She told me that she thought she left me a voicemail, after my problem explanation. I told her that she didn’t and I called 2,5 hours ago.She started going and going, being extremely loud and sounded even aggressive, interrupted and didn’t let me even to say a word.When I asked her if I can finish my speech, she didn’t even stop for a sec and kept saying whatever she was saying.Honestly, I’ve never been treated this way and I’ve never seen the management speaking like this with the customer.Finally I asked her to connect me with the manager due to impossibility to say a word, and she said she is the only one there and tomorrow she will be the one On duty too.I’m shocked and I’ll never ever go to WOW because customers can’t be treated like this.I guess the manager and manager assistant should be respectful and be able to assist, but definitely not to have a monologue and almost yell on the customer.I really hope that I’ll figure out the situation with the collector, but I wish WOW to work better on hiring stuff i guess.Best regards.

Work Out World is great! All the employee greet you. Everything is clean and well maintained and there are lots of machines so you dont have to wait for something. There is also always some sort of class going on. Whats really great is I can leave my locker with out a lock and no one will steel my stuff, (there isnt much to steel any way, a person would get more money off my dirty socks than my old car). The best part though, out of everything is when people come up to me and say, hey u look good, do you work out? I can yea, -make cute pose-so nice of you to notice ;). where do you work out, they will ask and I will merrily shout.....WOW!!!!!!

The professional trainers are a complete scam and anything but professional. I had already heard horror stories about them, but then I experienced it. A friend of mine was considering signing up for a professional trainer, so he had an appointment with one, and the professional trainer never even showed up. I hear from a lot of people that they give you bad advice so you keep needing them. One of these guys approached me, told me he was the manager, but spoke to me in some improper English, which had me skeptical, using terminology that I wasnt entirely sure of. Youre in Buttonwoods FFS, please speak to me in English or Spanish, not some ghetto English. He then lead me to believe that he was giving me a deal on the prices, when in fact he was just negotiating fewer meetings. What good is a personal trainer if we dont even see each other? Every time I told him that I would need more time to consider it, he acted like I said something horrible to try to GUILT me into buying his services. How desperate are these people? Its no wonder. Everything I hear and see about these people is terrible.

Very dirty, people with no knowledge on how to use equipment, slamming of weights and still nobody to assist or correct them.Not safe

I love the gym, your convenience time, very low price for membership,great equipment for all body angles but we need one branch in providence.

Absolutely LOVE this location. They have a family-like atmosphere, get to know their customers, their daycare workers are fantastic, and they give awesome recommendations for working out.

Total dump the facility needs to be cleaned equipment needs to be upgraded and the employees attitude needs to be upgraded the place should be closed

No employees to be found at night. Dirty. Staff knows nothing about working out and certainly do not take advantage of their free membership. Most of the staff are rude and have low class attitudes. Not sure who keeps hiring these people. Company is horrible because if u complain to a higher up they take your name down and count you as a trouble maker. If I could only reach the top of this chain, boy would heads roll. Until then, go somewhere else.

5 stars because when you give a rating you have to rate it accordingly. $10 a month, open 24 hours a day. Has plenty of equipment. What else do you want from a $10 a month gym? A free membership? Free personal training? And someone to work out for you? It isnt equinox but that a $100 dollar a month gym. This is a $10 a month gym. The same ppl giving it three stars are the same ppl that compare McDonalds to the finest steak restaurant around. They are cheap but what in all. Typical. You get what you pay for so make a review on what you are paying for. Hope this helps put things back into prospective and helps keep the morons away. :)

So disapointed i love going to the yoga classes was going 3x a week loved it all good hours after work at night now theres only one at 7;30 its also late why are there not more yoga teachers hired and classes replaced with when classes are dropped seems like the gym is going down use to love going 3x a week now only one not enough classes offered at night

It is dirty and falling apart. But the equipment is mostly well maintained. Staff is friendly.

There was one guy who i only know his name cuz he was so full of himself..Rich..Or Richie..drove a lincoln and he was annoying which made it hard to have a laid back workout..hard to explain and it isnt the staffs or the places fault cuz that i have no complaints

Will steal your money...they sell your account around..one minute your allowed to go to one location then your not allowed..why? Because its not blast fitness and the gyms got split up...then they double charge you..I had to cancel my debit card because of you..then you sent me to collections..worse place ever...thiefs
