Everyone was so nice and very professional though the whole process. We will be using them again when we do our siding and windows. I would highly recommend them. Paul was so nice and explained everything to us because this was the first we have had to do our roof. Ruth is a sweet hart she kept us updated on everything and was great with making sure our insurance company had everything they needed. They are good people and they do a great job.

From the very beginning of the project to its completion everyone on the staff was friendly, courteous, professional, and caring. I have gone through a couple of projects on my home and one of the most frustrating thing is trying to get a contractor to call or get back with you. With Integrity communication was absolutely the best. If I had any questions, I would receive either a phone call or email the same day (isnt that remarkable?). Integrity Roofing was very professional throughout our interactions. They were timely and explained everything very thoroughly. They also handled everything via social distancing which was especially important to my family due to having a newborn during the COVID pandemic. They followed up regularly for satisfaction reviews and even sent cookies! If we ever need roofing done again, they will be the first place we call.

We had an insurance claim to replace our roof and gutters. Integrity had tore off the old shingles and replaced with new. They also put on new gutters. Looks really nice, they did an awesome job on both! Ruth and Trisha kept us updated on when our materials would be delivered, and installed. They had answered all of my questions. Integrity replaced my roof and gutters after severe hail damage. The salesman, K, explained and provided samples of all the products, as well as the warranty. He answered all questions. He was very polite, professional, and patient. Because I live in a townhouse which connects to four more homes, we had to wait for all the insurance companies to determine if each respective claim was covered. This impacted the amount of time it took to coordinate supplies and installation. However, Ruth did a great job of following up and always keeping me informed! When our roof was damaged in a recent hail storm, we called Integrity for a free roof inspection. They came to our home and confirmed what we thought, the roof was damaged beyond repair. The insurance adjuster agreed and the repair was scheduled. The salesman met us outside and explained all our options, helping us pick out a shingle color and determine warranty coverage. When it came time for the install, we have a large roof, I was impressed with how hard the team worked to get it done. The weather was so hot, I dont know how they were able to tolerate it. The entire crew was so friendly, waving every time we saw them. The roof is gorgeous. Gutter installation was seamless and the crew was as professional and efficient as the roofing crew. If you are looking for a roofing company, look no further than Integrity.

We used Integrity Roofing to replace the entire roof over a multi-unit building. They were easy to work with, quick to respond to questions, quick to keep us appraised of any arrivals or delays. The sales person came to my office, which was very convenient for me. Also, when it came time to get the roofing done, it turned out we couldnt move one of my cars due to a mechanical issue with a car. The roofing team made an effort to keep things from falling on it, which we appreciated very much. I certainly hope I never have to have my roof replaced again, but if I did, I would call them!

It was a great and very profession experience right from the start. Dave was easy to work with on the estimate and very transparent. They were able to get started quickly. The crew worked fast and everything was cleaned up the same day of work. Highly recommend!

We found integrity roofing online and were impressed by their good reviews. Everyone we encountered was friendly and easy to work with.  When we met with someone to go over the products, they were knowledgeable and patient with us, even when we made some changes to the products we wanted.  We are happy with how our roof turned out and to our knowledge so far, we have no leaks.  However, I WILL NOT recommend Integrity to anyone now, due to all the secondary damage they caused to the ceilings inside our house.  We have 5 out of 7, of our rooms on our main floor, that now have ceiling damage.  The crew that put on our roof did it in about 5 hours.  Unfortunately, this also means they were moving so quickly that they were slamming down the packs of shingles with such extreme force that they caused stuff to fall in our house, the ceiling fans shook so hard my daughter said she was afraid one was going to fall on her, and you could feel the shocks through our whole house.  After the job was complete, we found multiple ceilings with the drywall screw heads protruding through the paint and spackle and one of our ceiling fans has multiple cracks around it and no longer sits tight to the drywall. I wish I would have gone out to ask the crew to be a little less hard on the items they were throwing down, because their excessive force will now cost us more money.  When we talked to Fernando about the damage done, he told us we had to go through our insurance because it is on our contract that they can do secondary damage.  We are having our own issues with our insurance so that isnt an option.  I called Ruth to relay to her what happened.  I told her that if the crew knows a roof is a low pitch slope and they know there is not much between the roof and the ceiling inside the house (which Fernando even said is why the damage happened), then they should be slowing down and not slamming things on the roof so they can try to prevent secondary damage!  I am also disappointed because after I relayed this all to Ruth, she told me she would relay our conversation to the project manager and he would call me back the next day.  I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for a return call!  This roof project cost us over $6,000+ and the last thing we expected was inside damage done to our house by the roofing company.  Our check is cashed, of course, but yet they never had the decency to call me back when they said they would.  Due to our experience, I will do my best to prevent the same experience for someone else.

The whole process was seamless. Integrity responded to me immediately, did what they said they were going to do and had my project done quickly. Everyone from the office staff, to the roof inspector and project manager were very professional. I highly recommend them.

They were 1 of 3 bids we had on our roof replacement project. One of our bids was really high for the same job. So it really came down to two bids that were $75 dollars apart from each other. We ultimately went with Integrity because they were a Platinum Preferred Contractor for Owens Corning. They ended up going above and beyond for us initially we were paying out of pocket but a few weeks after I found out I was potentially going to be furloughed and we decided to make the insurance claim so we could have our savings as a back up if needed. They came out and did the initial assessment for us and we were well in range to where our insurance covered it. The other part that was great was they had a back log because we had a couple bad storms with hail come through. They constantly stayed in communication and called weekly with an update on where we were in the time line for our materials to be delivered and the project to be done. The workers that did the work maintained a clean work area.

Had storm damage to the roof. They performed a complete tear off to include the decking. They had the decking and shingles removed/replaced that day. You could tell the roofing crew had been working together for some time, they all knew their roles and worked smoothly together. They same could be said for their guttering crew. When they left that night the yard was 99% clean, what was left was removed the following morning. Their office personnel are very responsive to emails or phone calls.

My house looks amazing, and I can not tell how pleased I am with the crews. I had a big siding job, and roof job done. Ross was amazing and helped correct a few imperfections I had with the siding. Rodney the sales rep was great, he was easy to get along with. I would recommend Integrity to anyone. I would however have to include in my recommendation,a policy, that integrity has. The policy of charging your customers 3% on credit card transactions is dumb. You charge enough money for your services, and can easily cover the charge of a credit card transaction. It is common knowledge to most that there is a service charge on CC transactions, and this charge is covered by a majority of the businesses not the customers. I think this is a outdated policy and you should seriously look in to getting rid of this policy. The amount of money people spend on your products, a 3% charge could be astronomical. I appreciate you waving my fee. Thank you very much for the high quality work, and craftsmanship, you put in to my house.

It is hard to put into words just how amazing Integrity Roofing has been. I recently had some terrifying roof damage due to the heavy storm. Luckily I called Integrity Roofing and spoke to Ruth that immediately ensured that my needs and my roof would be taken care of.Ruth assigned me K who was my lead roofer, with his team they ensured that my experience was as smooth as possible. They handled my insurance claim, and filed supplement claims as they found more issues, and handled all the paper work. The roof got installed at the specified time, within the specified parameters pre-set by the contract. They did a terrific job.I highly recommend them for their fantastic customer service, and their fantastic quality work on the installation of the gutters and roof!

We had another company that used outside contractors put siding on our house. We chose them because they were less expensive than Integrity. That was our mistake. Our siding was literally blowing off every time we had a little bit of wind. The workmanship on the other companys job was extremely sloppy. We managed to get a refund from the other place and are having Integrity redo the other companys work. Today, Integrity started the job on our house. I was amazed at what I saw when I got home. I can already see that the workmanship and quality of product from Integrity blows the competition away. Dont let pricing be your only decision maker! Integrity has better product, better employees, and they live up to their name.

Very quick and painless process and my gutter look great

The problem we are experiencing is there are openings at corners where gutter cover meets roof allowing birds and wasps to possibly nest. Called Integrity voicing our concerns. I was told a representative would be coming to inspect situation. Still waiting for this to happen.

The name really says it all. This company REALLY cares about the people they serve. They use quality materials and put on a beautiful roof at a fair price. If Im putting out an expense of a new roof, I want to know the company that is putting it on will be here 10 years from now!

Sales presentation was very informative and professional. We had 3 different crews on 3 different days to replace roof, wrap sofit and fascia, and install gutters plus Ross came out on a Sunday to install the gutter guard. Each crew completed their work very efficiently in 1 day. They cleaned up and hauled away the old product leaving no mess. No stress whatsoever throughout the whole process. We couldnt be happier with the way our home looks.
