Very friendly service and help. Pick up and drop off was simple and fast. Rates were good and lower than others. Had no problems with anything except there werent any side steps to get into the truck, so was a task but we managed by making a gadget 😁. 🥰 ty for an awesome experience Penske 🙌🎉

I really cant complain. They matched the rate of UHaul and we had zero issues. The 1400 mile trip was another story lol. And is wasnt fun spending $650 in gas. But all in all, great company. Get the insurance, its worth the peace of mind.

Left the Air Force to return home and this is why i would recommend anyone at Whiteman to penske. they say you don’t right reviews unless you’re extremely pleased or disappointed.PENSKE VS UHUAL: at first i went to UHUAL and got a quote for a truck with a trailer to tow my POV. i went to TMO on base and they said the quote was high. i called penske for a quote and i got “joe” over the phone. he gave me a quote with a military discount for $600 dollars cheaper than uhual, unlimited miles, and a drive on car tow. (a lot better attitude too)STORE: i met with the women in warrensburg who was incredibly nice. she asked me if i wanted the insurance to which i said yes. she informed me that i should contact my insurance company first to see if i would be covered because the Air Force won’t cover it. speechless. i was covered so penske saved me another 100+ dollars. Forrest educated me on the truck and was extremely informative as well. both professional people.The truck: since the quote was so much cheaper, i assumed penskes trucks were going to be awful compared to UHUAL. The truck was practically brand new and the trailer was actually brand new. the truck was extremely comfortable and clean, it had Aux cords and a USB port that not only charges your phone but will also play your music. the stereo system was very nice and made this 1200 mile drive actually enjoyable.Warrensburg penske. I’m impressed. If you’re military, please give these guys a shot. they saved me a lot of money and i’m blown away by the professionalism.
