I am 37 years old I have been and done general contracting in a couple of different states for years. In all this time I have seen a variety of crews. My girlfriends house had over a 20 inch diameter 20 plus feet branch fall and pierce the roof. I recommend him to her after meeting with him. A serious mistake I regret. I explained it was an insurance claim but the adjuster bought all damage. And the check should take a week to get to homeowners. So the day she got the insurance check she put it in the bank. And got her banks cashier check to pay him. The only paper work she had recieved was his company name on it so made it out to that. After being told to come get his check he waited 4 hours then text make it payable to his personal name. Already had check made out. So after he arrived told him here is your check. He refused it. After his wife came and made a seen then offered it to her she refused and was going to sue homeowner. then by text because of their behavior homeowner wanted them off her property. Offered to go get another cashier check in his name just to get rid off them he refused to long to clear he said. So tried to pay him twice he refused both. In all my years this is only the second crew I have ever recommend to someone that completely embarrassed me. I will remember a little off the top forever and not in a good way.

Quick and efficient. Showed up when they said they would. Cleaned everything up when finished. Reasonable rates. Would definitely hire again.

We called and set up a time for this company to remove a tree from my roof. It was inside my room. We waited a week for them to come out to the house for the tree to be removed. This was an insurance claim and he was informed that he would be paid once the insurance claim check was released. He came out after having this conversation and trimmed some of the tree. He said that he couldnt remove the tree fully from my roof because he had to have a lift and wouldnt return until the insurance check was released. When the insurance claim money was here I went and got a cashiers check of the amount on the invoice. He showed up Thursday evening and the check was brought out to him. Because the check was made out to his business name and not his personal name he refused the check. He then went to his vehicle and had his wife come and talk trash to is. The check was offered to her multiple times and she refused each time. She then walked away and yelled that she was going to take us to court. Again the check was offered to her and she refused. She got in the vehicle and continued to talk trash, which is very unprefessional especially since youre representing a company. I will never again contact this business or refer them to anyone I know. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered.

Charles and his crew did a wonderful job with the trimming of a few trees in our yard. Showed up ready to work, got the job done and cleaned the yard up fantastically!

Absolutely amazing service came right before schedule and started working their butts off. Did exactly what I asked and did it for an amazing price. I 100% recommend them if you are trying to get a stump removed or getting a tree cut down.
