Quiet and quaint out in the country. Ple ty of yard space and the mobile homes look very well taken care of. We didnt check out the little lake they have there but there was a volleyball net up and a shelter. My sister and her family has fished there and they liked it.

Rented it for 6 mo lease for coach to adjust to find the water stinks.so bad,havent been able to stand a shower,clothes stink,washing them so cost quiet a bit to. Stay clean I would think instead of vacations and pedestals, and noses up in the air have to even work harder because,no body pays rent to stink
