Apparently the website is rarely updated. I came in to buy something that was $81. Website said 8 in stock.. Couldnt find it, not even a spot where it used to be. There was, however, the exact same item, same manufacturer but under a different name for $129. Quite a mark up. Good job with the lure to get me to drive all the way there. Also, discovered by accident, my lowes is a fair bit more expensive than the others. Good job again, putting the screws to your local community. These are the things I dont forget...

An elder gentleman stopped what he was doing to run over and help us load the stack of wood into the three carts that we had which took a while but we were very grateful for his help. Saw us loading another cart and stopped what he was doing again and came and help us then let us leave our carts there until we were ready to check out. It took a couple hours in the store got everything we needed for the job appreciate everyones help in the loading.

Clean, fully stocked, excellent customer service, and outperforms their orange competitor daily. I remember as a kid going to Hechinger and thinking it was a magical place, seeing all the tools and lumber. Lowes continues that experience and is doing a very good job.

So enjoyed my visit to Lowes had everything I needed and more. Bought some beautiful drapes. And an area rug. Everyone was so polite and helpful. Thank you Lowes for a great outdoor getaway. Also garden seeds and stuff are coming out yahoo!!!

Employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. I interacted with the young woman at the return counter I also interacted with a woman in the hardware department and then I went to lawn and garden where I interacted with a young lady cashier and on my way to lawn and garden I passed two young gentlemen who asked if I was finding everything I needed so I would say this was a great experience

Every time I go there its like pulling teeth to get help. I had a delivery and they only delivered half. Had to go pick up the other half.

Placed an order online, called ahead to let them know I was coming to pick it up. When I arrived, it was brought out with in 5 minutes, loaded and I could leave. Thats how I like it. Quick service, friendly employees.

Went on 2 separate occasions to buy appliances. Both times in-store employees were helpful and took care of what we needed quickly and efficiently.Got two separate deliveries. Both were scheduled for a certain time frame and both were late. First time late by 3 hours and second time late by over 5 hours. They only send one delivery person so good thing my husband was here and able to help move things.First deliver driver was very friendly and helpful. Second one came later at night so he had probably had a long day and I could tell. He hemmed and hawed over installation to the point that I told him we would do it but asked him to check the cords before he left so I could send back the extras I had purchased . When he checked the dryer ord he plugged it in and let the ends touch so it sparked and blew a breaker. Then he said to ep thats the one and skedaddled out of here.

They are generally pretty friendly here, but not always very helpful (or rather available) out on the floor. I appreciate having them in town though, as its a great place to get my told and equipment much cheaper than the box home improvement stores and such.

Its an absolutely essential part of my current building project. Im a devoted Lowes customer the other DIY store isnt even comparable.

We did on lline order. And in 24 hours still not ready. Thought they just forgot to send conformation that it was ready. No it was not. They needed another 48 hours to get it ready. It sucked big time

This Lowes location is great. During the pandemic they werent too strict and opened up to sell sanitation items. Make no mistake however, they were keen on recommendation rules with masks and distancing. Not often do I come up short and go home empty handed due to lumber not in stock.

Always a great shopping experience at this Lowes. I think in the past couple of years great improvements have been made in some employee attitudes.

Contracted fence installment through Lowe’s and three months later and nothing has happened. Still waiting and will never work with Lowe’s or their contractors again. The business was contracted out to Central Fence LLC., through Lowe’s.

We purchased a dishwasher online. We were under the impression paying for haul away meant they disconnect the dishwasher present and that deliver included installation. We were told it would be brought Sunday afternoon and it was not until past bedtime that it came. We did not accept the delivery because of the run around Lowe’s gave us and expected a refund. Now in my email I have a confirmation email stating it was delivered and if I check order status it states it was delivered at 9pm on 6/14/20. We do not have the product and need a refund. Please make this right.

Good visit for the most part. We just went for paint and painting necessities. We picked our colors and I went up to the counter. Nobody was there but customer service seen me and paged an attendant very quickly. We waited for 5 plus minutes and then nobody came, I didnt say anything and customer service had to page again.I had to wait at least 5 more minutes but then the lady came and she was sweet and got the paint done and was great. Just the wait time for assistance is a little ridiculous sometimes at these improvements stores.

Pretty good selection of merchandise depends on what you are looking for, summer items like throw pillows are pretty pricey, nice selection in the garden department

Absolutely the worst Lowes. Horrible customer service. Outdated product lines. Broken items right and left and then your told by management that. Oh just a luttle glie and aclamp will fix it. Im not paying full price for broken anything. I didnt come to a scratch and dint sell. Lord forbid you have to actually order something. Always late and when it comes in your defiantly going to be missing something vital and then you have to wait months for those missing parts. Do your self a favor and shop elsewhere!

Totally Disappointed!!!! My In Laws selected and paid for a refrigerator. They were told it would be available for pick up on Thursday. When they went to pick it up they told it was sold. The Associated went on to say they had 8 more on order but they were all sold too ???? The saddest part is nothing was done or even offered to rectify the situation. Horrible service and extremely horrible Customer Service.

Went in with certain things to get and we decided to go after the Biggest one first. Well when we got there of course we needed a cart and couldnt find one. But on the way we came upon a very nice salesperson who volunteered to help. She found the cart then asked what else we needed, we told her and she took us right to that item and so on and so on until we got everything that we came in for.I know that this is their job, but the way she was going about it made me feel special. Im just sorry I didnt get her name. But Thank You to that really great Lowes employee!

UGH!!!! Take all my money with these never ending home improvement projects will ya!!! Staff is helpful when you can find them :) Bathrooms are kept clean and race car carts keep our little ones relatively content as the husband and myself stroll purposefully through aisle after aisle after aisle after aisle after aisle after aisle. Usually have everything we need for home projects. Seems to be reasonably priced and lots of variety. I am beginning to like and appreciate their Kobalt power tools with interchangeable batteries. It makes project work handy. I wish they had bigger variety of plants but they have a decent selection. Most of the employees seem to be courteous and knowledgeable. I especially appreciate the everyday military discount and that its plugged right into their Lowes card.

Waited 20 minutes for curbside pickup. Tried calling the number for pickup several times after 10 minutes of waiting and it just rang with no answer. Finally listened through all the prompts until I found the customer service line. Got an answer on that line and they apologized profusely and brought my order out within 5 minutes.

Went to look at freezers. Ended up buying one and exchanging some broken tools that weve been trying to find somewhere to use our lifetime warranty on tools bought at another (soon to be closed) big store. 18 September 2018 update... Was scheduled and expecting deliver of a freezer tomorrow (19 September 2018) morning. I received a phone call at around 1930 hours to tell me that the item had not arrived. Is it wrong to expect some common courtesy of a better warning than less than 12 hour notice?
