Never does one think, what funeral home will I use? until it is time...our time came at 5:26 a.m. on a Friday. We were not from Warrensburg, so when the officers asked what funeral home would we use, we looked at them with blank stares and could not reply. This began the journey...now I can call a relationship with the MOST wonderful group of people...the Holdren Crew! Yes, all of them from the moment Mason and Trent arrived at our home to pick up our priceless treasure, which they handled him as so, until the moment we arrived back at the funeral home once the military graveside ceremony was complete. Rick, Clark and Mason went above and beyond, as far as we are concerned to make sure every single detail of this emotionally over the top day was beautiful, respectful, peaceful, and memorable...in a good way. I cannot be more pleased. Now looking back a few weeks after, I know God specifically landed us in Warrensburg, MO, as my husbands final destination, because He had the best care giving family to lie him down for his final rest! I cannot say enough thank yous to this entire group of exceptional and compassionate individuals...they made the hardest day of our lives...breathtaking!

Covid-19 has been difficult in so many ways, but having someone you love pass at this time has been very stressful. I thought that at the end of the day I would look back and find no comfort. I was wrong, thanks to Mason Wirsig. Mason provided me direction, comfort, and such respect, for everyone involved. He gave me closure at a time when I did not think it possible.....thank you Mason!

Our recent experience with Sweeney, Phillips & Holdren was excellent. We had some extenuating circumstances with out-of-state transfer and distance to graveside. Steve, Rick, and Mason were very compassionate and careful with details. From start to finish the entire process was easy and comfortable.

I am a Hospice social worker and called at approximately 7:30 am for a dying patient to inquire regarding cremation pricing. I was quoted a price, then rudely told I am glad you woke me up for that. Luckily, I found another funeral home that charges $1,200 less so I did not have to refer to this careless company.

Dont EVEN THINK youre going to have a cup of coffee. ..no consideration for visitors. Very uncomfortable here!
