Passionate and personable service. The employees will cut your hair exactly how you want it and even make suggestions on style. Its easy to build a personal relationship with them and they really make you feel welcome. The only downside is that the charge is a little on the expensive side, but I think that the positives make up for it. I always get my haircut done here.
