I researched a few places before i decided to take my truck in to replace a wheel lug stud. friendly, very reasonable price, and quick service. im definitely coming back if i need any more repairs done in the future

Brooks is such a fantastic and fair auto shop and I go out of my way to use this one every single time I need any work done. They do everything from complicated car work to the simple oil change and tire patch. They have patch 12 nails in my tires over the past three years and have treated me like family any time Ive come in. Recently they went above and beyond for me after I got in a car accident. They squeezed me on right away to check out my car and make sure nothing was wrong with it before returning it to me in less then 2 hours. Im so greatful to have a team like them in my world.

Asked to run 30$ diagnostics and mechanic knowledge to see what the problem was and charged $112.50 to replace plugs and coil. Let the secretary do their work and you stay in the garage John.

Very fair, honest and excellent mechanic. My elderly parents (ages 87 & 88) always have this garage work on their car. Drove 30+ minutes to have a faulty part confirmed on my vehicle and I planned to repair it with the shop. It would have taken 3 minutes to show the issue and confirm what replacement part was needed. Having used the company before, I expected to take my vehicle in on another day to be worked on knowing they are usually scheduled out. I could have the replacement part ordered to save time.Before I could even explain why I was at the shop, I was immediately turned away by the front office secretary without any thought or care. After trying to explain I was hoping for the mechanic’s expertise for a couple minutes (since I could pinpoint the faulty part), I was rudely told I needed to be scheduled a week out to do that. “We are too busy to do that, we have X, Y, & Z already going on. It’s just me and the one mechanic.”Sorry to have walked into your shop looking for a professional. No professionals can be found at Brooks Auto. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

They where super quick!! I called on a Friday near closing time and they where happy to set me up with an appointment asap they where open again. My car needed suspension work and suspension work tends to take a while they got it done in an hour!!! I dont know how they did it so quickly the work was perfect and fast and what really blew me out of the water was the price. It was fantastic! All Warrensburg auto shops need to take a leaf out of these guys book. 10 out of 10 would recommend to any one!

I have taken all of my cars to this place for many years. Ive always been pleased with their work and their prices.

I told them there was something wrong with my fan and the heat was not working. They told me everything was fine with the fan and I only needed 2 front tires. It’s clear when you turn on the ac the fan makes a noise. And the next day I checked the heat and it was blowing cold air. When my husband went to pick up the car and talked about the fan they acted like they had no idea what he was talking about.

Low staffed at the time but still got my truck inspected in a good time frame

Super happy with my experience. Took my car in for a break check and to have to nozzle to my windshield washer looked at. Turns out my breaks are just squeaky and they cleared the nozzle out. Said they didnt want to change the break pads since there is nothing wrong with them. Super up front and honest. 10/10, will definately do business there as needed.

Love this place. Never have to wait long for appt, they will work you in for something urgent. I believe they do excellent work, never have to return for a re-do. Costs are very competitive, & I have never felt price-gouged.

Not happy at all how they handled my business. I needed an inspection for my car last Monday. Before I even left I had my girlfriend check my head lights, tail lights, and blinkers, because I already had bulbs just in case. Everything was fine. So i took it in for what was going to be a $12 inspection. The next day they called me and said that they had to replace a 3rd break light and that I owed them $33 to get my keys. 1st off, I took it in for an inspection. They didnt call me to see if I wanted them to do anything about it. They just did it and forced me to pay for services that I didnt ask for. 2nd, I told the women that I would have liked it if someone would called me and asked if I wanted extra work done, then I could have told her I already had bulbs just in case. She just looked at me with her mouth open and a stupid look on her face. Shrugged said, oh well, and she needed the $33 for my keys. Just wanting to finish up I paid and left.

Glad I finally found a place rhat doesnt take advantage of women. Thought I needed a new sway arm or ball joint. Turns out it was a loose bolt somewhere. $35 and out in an hour. Also did some work a little later, didnt cost me my first born.

I called and scheduled a vehicle inspection for my son. They were very professional. My son was very happy with the customer service and the business!
