Brought my friends car in window tinting. There was a mix up with the scheduled appt but Lewis was very accommodating with getting the job done. He was very attentive, making sure I was comfortable while waiting and even bought me lunch for being so patient. Im even thinking about bringing my car in for tinting. Pricing is fairly reasonable and I would definitely recommend his services.

I tried to support black businesses as much as I can, I booked an appointment time to tint the windows on my car with Louis on January 19th 2021 for January 21th 2021 once I got there he said he had no clue that he had my appointment set, I didn’t trip. I set another appointment time with him for his next available date which was January 27th 2021at 3:00pm I get there and once again he has no recollection of me or my appointment. I became Little a little discouraged but told Louis I would try and book again another even with him being rude saying I can go somewhere else but call him if I could not get any one else to do the tint on my car. Against my better judgment and my sister yelling black power in my ear for the 3rd time I booked appointment with Louis on January 30th 2021 for the 31 of January 2021 I underst there co be a cancellation because of snow but never imagine what actually end up happening Louis text me at 10 PM the night before stating he will call me in the morning on January 31, 2021 for my appointment to take my windows. At 12:01 PM Louis calls me and state that he wants me at my appointment at 1 PM this wouldn’t be an issue if I wasn’t an hour and 35 minutes away from his shop. Once i began to explain to time Frame and explain that another day would possibly be more convenient for me and him due to the snowstorm he began to become belligerent and confrontational about the appointment time. Now I don’t know if it’s because I’m a woman that I’m having all of these inconveniences with this particular shop but based off others feed back maybe so although this Shop may have had the lower price range I’d rather spend more for the comfort and convenience at another shop then the run around at this shop.

This was the worst tinting job I had ever seen. There was dirt under the tint as well as air bubbles. I was not happy with the quality of work at all. After 6 hours of working with the tint, I ended up leaving without it. When my vehicle was dropped off it was spotless, when I finally decided to say no thank you my vehicle looked like a cold had played with Vaseline inside and outside. If youre looking for quality work in a timely manner, go somewhere else.
