Worked out well nice simple selection...changed watch bands less than 20mins I was in and out..

We got a wedding band resized and it looks horrible!!! He said you won’t tell that it was resized but actually you can tell from so far away and the ring is uneven!! I definitely do not recommend this place! My band is ruined!

This is customer service at its finest. Im not a watch person and got a gorgeous one as a gift a few years ago. I tried to change the battery and couldnt get the back on so I took it in. He took the watch and had it for a minute and 22 seconds before turning it back over to me and telling me to bring it in next time I need a battery change and not charging me. Guys amazing.

I called them to make sure if they cleaned jewelery and they said yes. I went in and meet Jeremy who is one of the kindest, and the coolest people Ive met. I gave him my bracelet to get cleaned and a link removed. He charged a very reasonable price for everything done today and I will most definitely be a returning customer. Great shop!

Stopped in to check out this little local jeweler. Had a mother’s ring created by Jeremy. It was exactly what I wanted and reasonably priced. Went back for a watch battery. Done in five minutes. Now I’m having another ring made. Very satisfied with my experiences. Friendly and professional.

Went in to get help installing a battery in a Kenneth Cole Smart watch. The man who helped me was extremely patient and helpful didnt give up even when we couldnt figure out why after battery was in watch wouldnt work. He took the extra time to figure out what was wrong and finally got my watch to work. He only wanted to charge me $5 but I said make it $10 for the trouble. Very good service will be coming back here again and recommend then to anyone looking.

I just needed a watch battery. The owner apologized that he had to charge me so much (I think around $7) because he had to put in an ion battery (could be wrong about this description) because it was what my Timex indiglow watch required, because of the glowing part of it. He was nice and I will go back there for batteries or a new watch band.

Had several dealings with Madison Jewelry, they treat you great, do good work, customer comes first in my experience. Jeremy is so easy to deal with as his dad is. Highly recommend them for all your jewelry needs.

If I could i will give you no star for your services!!!Very rude and unprofessional behaviour!!i have bought a pair of earnings (diamonds)and I have asked for a certificate which can provide the guarantee that those earnings are diamonds and the owner of the shop told me that if he knew that Im asking for certificate he will never deal with me!!!so i want to return the earnings and he said that I cannot return the earnings!!!so he dont want to take back the earnings and he dont provide me the certificate for the item. Im gonna make sure that all my friends will never deal with this people!!Avoid!!

I wouldn’t go here again. I just needed one link taken out of a watch and it cost $12. After it was finally done got it home and the brand new watch I bought for an anniversary present was scratch. The one guy was nice the other was so so.

Stopped in for a new watch band pin and they replaced on the pin on the spot for a reasonable price. Would recommend!

Just picked out a necklace and pendant for my girl friend for Valentines Day i have never seen such a unique diamond and birthstone collection not only did they have exactly what I was looking for but the price was 50% cheaper than the jewelry stores in lakeside mall. Jeremy and jere are the guys to go to for all your jewelry/watch needs.!

I took my Renato watch in for a new battery and cleaning, it took 2 weeks. When I got it back it still didnt run. I called 3 weeks later and wad told they were waiting for a part. When I picked it up 10 days later it still wasnt working. I took it to my reputable jeweler who gave me a price of $110 to fix Madisons botched $65 cleaning. I wouldnt trust them with any expensive jewelry, Take your Rolex and Patek Phillipes to a GOOD jeweler..

Went there to get some links taken out of my brand new michael kors over 500.00 watch to avoid it being scratched doing it myself. It got scratched up so bad i was very upset about it i did not complain to them because the damage was already done. I should have done it myself would have done a better job i think!! I will not use them ever again.

I took my cross there for a simple repair and when I picked it up, it was the worst repair job Ive ever seen and looking at the cross that I had for 35 years i see they cut gold of multiple spots making it scrap even though I cant prove it Im thinking of making a police report, also reporting them to better business bureau wouldnt recommend to anybody.
