This review has nothing to do with their service. They may be excellent at cutting down trees. I’m not sure. I tried to get their service. I called three weeks ago to schedule a quote. They said they will call me within 1-2 weeks to schedule it. Two weeks go by and nothing. I called back. They said they will put the request through again and mark it urgent this time. It’s been two weeks since then and I’ve heard nothing. They may be all well and dandy at cutting down trees. I have no idea. But as far as their customer service goes, they get nothing.

I was initially told it would be 6 weeks but they were able to come earlier. The crew was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and did a great job. They answered all my questions, made sure I was satisfied with their work and even trimmed a few extra branches. They went above and beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend them.

George Lee at Branch Tree Service is an expert arborist and consummate professional. He has maintained our landscape since 2003. Branch developed a customized maintenance program for our property that has proven effective over the years. They have kept several magnificent spruce trees thriving despite a regional demise of the species because of invasive beetles and fungus. Their prices are reasonable, their staff is consistently pleasant, and they are never in a rush to get the work done. Excellent customer service by professionals who seem to really like what they do.

This is not the first time I’ve used this company. I’m a return customer because of the excellent service I received previously. My experiences continue to be excellent and include shrubbery sprays, stumping a tree we lost in a storm and planing a new tree in its place. The crew built a ramp to get the equipment in the area without damaging any surrounding landscape. After the work was completed, you would never know work was done as they clean up so throughly. I’m so grateful for their work and expertise!

Had my landscaping done this spring by Branch Tree. Jeromy and his crew did a fantastic job. They even sprayed an insect infected bush and replaced a bush that died due to animals! So far its been a great experience with them.

George has taken care of our trees for 37 years. When we bought our property George Lee carefully inspected the trees and decided which trees were health and how to thin out the thickly treed lot. I am very happy to say our trees look amazing and healthy.He has cabled our birch trees to help with stability, and our oak to make sure it does not fall on the house.They recently took two full days trimming all of the trees on our property to get ready for my sons garden wedding.Also their mosquito control program is awesome. I called because I needed a tree removed - and also because some of my trees got mildew this summer. They came out, looked at everything, and gave me several options for a course of care. We planned to do different things at different times. They listened - did the work perfectly - and I am so happy! I have had many landscapers and arborists over the years - these people are GREAT!!

Our house is next to a pond and, accordingly, we are subject to lots of mosquitoes. That is - until we started using Branch Tree to spray for them! While we are a 35+ year customer of Branch Tree, we only found out late last year that they offered mosquito spray service. We signed up for this season and had hardly any mosquitoes or biting flies. To George Lee and his fantastic team: thanks for making our summer outside a huge success. Branch Tree is the BEST!!

I had Branch come out to clean up a very large tree in my front yard. They did an excellent job, the crew was very nice, and they were knowledgeable as well.When I asked them why they didnt take care of one limb the way I thought they should have he responded that if I removed the smaller tree the limb was growing into (which I knew needed to be done eventually) then there would be a large hole where that limb currently was - just one way in which they are paying attention to more than just the job being requested.Would recommend to anyone looking for work to be done (and already have)!

All work was done professionally and perfectly.

We had A HUGE tree removed by branch tree this week. When we first scheduled they were so booked up we were on a two month waiting list. (Which was fine) They arrived as scheduled and took care in covering our lawn with plywood to drive on with the heavy equipment trucks. They cleaned up, raked and blew off our patio and even out front of any debris. Afterwards we received a call that they were talkinga couple hundred dollars off because they had to saw two planks in our fence and the ground driving in did sink quite a bite. They stated they would come out in spring to fix it. We did not call them. They called us about it. THATS very good business. They care. And they did a great job on our tree.

This company is great. I have three large maples in my backyard and Branch trimmed them up went all through the trees got rid of all the interference branches lifted the bottom branches up. That was two years ago and the trees look spectacular .

Had trees trimmed last summer, one tree could not be done because it was not dormant . Jim was supposed to schedule it for fall. After many calls and excuses it was never done. It cant be done now because the tree is budding. It was a run around with no intention of doing the work in my opinion

I have been using Branch Tree for about 35 years now at two different homes. Over the years in addition to regular routine maintenance/disease control we have embarked on several special projects— always with excellent results! Recently, we replaced aged Austrian pines that were nursed along by George and his crew for years with beautiful 7 foot tall green giant arborvitae. I shouldn’t have waited so long! They did an outstanding job cutting down a decaying 120 foot tall cottonwood that had been struck by lighting about 25 years ago and was a high fall risk. And just last week we did a facelift for our front yard replacing old, heaved up paving bricks around our trees with boulders and removing old, ugly bushes for elegant new ones. We love our new look! I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of work and value provided by all the people at Branch Tree. The owner, George, is an extremely knowledgeable certified arborist who understands exactly what look I want for my yard and works very diligently to satisfy my pickiness! Very highly recommended!!

Professional, Fast and Clean. Had 5 trees down, stumps ground and everything cleaned up in a few short hours. Was very impressed with the service.

I hired them to apply tree growth regulator to my Locust tree. The trench was dug with a hammer claw & liquid applied. Took 10 minutes to do. Tree flourished instead of slowing down. Wasted 400.00. Had to have it cut down cuz roots reached house foundation. Also, I was owed a refund on two other trees and never got it. Jen is abrasive and the company is only after your money. Watch Out!!!

Horrible customer service! Appt made for inspection . Time frame 7:00-7:30. 8 a.m rolls around no show. Call the office. Ellen tells me, Jennifer had problems in the morning . And will be out sometime today .but will call before . So Im supposed to sit around all day ? Ellen transfers me to a gentleman. He apologies and says he will have Jennifer call me right away. She calls me 10 mins later. Says she can give me an approximate time, but it depends on how her day goes . Really ??? You were supposed to be here between 7-730 . She says she didnt know it was an exact time for appt. really ??? You made the appt . Not me! They do not care about customers . She gave me the impression I was putting her out. I will go elsewhere . Where my money and business is appreciated. Just spoke to a neighbor that uses them. She stated that the service has gone down In the last year or so. Word of mouth is a powerful tool.

I’ve contacted them multiple times only to be told I’ll get a call back. Nothing ever comes, I understand you’re busy. But as a customer, I’m busy too and it sucks playing cat and mouse with a company.

Leaving this review is my last resort in my effort to get a hold of anyone at Branch Tree about the job that we signed a contract for months ago.We had two wonderful interactions with Jeromy. He was incredibly knowledgable, took in consideration our options and budget and set us up with a plan to plant trees and excavate some of our property in the fall. We signed the contract the first week of August and I have heard absolutely nothing since.Its mid-October, well into fall now and Ive emailed multiple times, called and left voicemails multiple times and spoke to Allison multiple times who has always been super cordial and nice, but the reality is that Ive been promised a call back four times and have yet to hear a thing.I truly feel that Branch Tree is a good company, I know they, like many other businesses, are completely overwhelmed right now. However, that doesnt excuse a complete lack of communication with clients that you are in contract with. Communication is the bare minimum a customer should expect, and the responsibility is NOT on the customer to call every other day for a month to get that communication.If the squeaky wheel gets the grease, consider this me squeaking. I sincerely hope I get to update this review to a raving 5* one after they come and do the job weve agreed to.
