Cant really get mad if they are just doing there jobs

Done called my CPS advisory for almost 3 weeks now and they will not call me back to resolve the issue

Squad we came out here to Trumbull county children services to pick up a loved one the service seems nice the employees seem to be very child-oriented employees also seem to be very nice and how do I say this willing to work with the the parties regarding whatever matters there are doing with the children just be professional be upfront and be honest and your time with the Trumbull county children service should be a normal positive csb experience.

I am so disappointed in this agency.

Fairly clean, quick when wanting to be but some people are nice and others are rude.

First my older children were taken, as they sited drug and mental health concerns, 6 months after a full psychological exam ruled out psychotic disorders, and a drug test was passed after they dragged me from my home in the middle of the night. Then I had another child which they took at 7 days old, stemming from a Facebook post concerning her astrology chart. Im a professional paid psychic and astrologer and have been for many years. My fight is not over, Ive completed my case plan and to justify the agencys actions they keep adding more. None of my children were ever abused by my hand nor anyone elses and Ive never failed a drug test. This agency is a nightmare for families. Now theyre threatening to put my baby up for adoption because i have no family I find appropriate to take my child out of their system. Theyve blatantly lied about what I have said, falsify documents with their own concerns in mind and continue to harass me and keep my child from me. They are not doctors yet continuously diagnose me themselves, and they make detrimental accusations of me being on drugs yet they dont drug test me. I will be acquiring private paid counsel later this spring to pursue this case legally.

THIS AGENCY AND CASEWORKER WENT OVER AND ABOVE TO HELP ME GAIN CUSTODY OF OUR GRANDSON, I WILL ALWAYS APPRECIATE THE HELP AND GUIDANCE I RECEIVED FROM THEM THEY ARE TOP NOTCH AND ALWAYS ONLY FOCUS ON THE CHILDRENS BEST INTEREST.

Why are names, photos and other information published when providing a rating or comments? I was hoping to find reviews. Now I understand why no one has provided reviews.

Called this past Saturday as instructed by legal counsel due to information I received regarding my child. I was told a case worker would be contacting me. It has been 5 days now and ai have received no call. I call back today and speak to a woman name Kristy who was very rude and condescending towards me all because I didnt know how this process worked. Asked to speak to a supervisor and I was told she could request a supervisor call me back but she couldnt transfer me. Very unprofessional and rude. Shocking how ignorant people can be. Not sure how they help anyone.

You let children go back to hell and say youve fixed it, when its not even touched. Plus everyone is rude.

This place is an absolute joke..kept calling and leaving messages for a week or so..no one returns calls and the snooty secretary dont help either

Apparently this organization took care of children living with convicted pedophiles -- and were supervising a couple while said couple were abusing their kids -- good job people - enjoy your bloody pay checks.
