This is such a wonderful place for adults with disabilities. They learn so much here while out in the community, it is amazing. Each and every one of them have so many talents that the staff help bring out and it is incredible to see them blossom. CSDD LEA is so inviting and friendly. I recommend their services to anyone! They do not disappoint.

A nice program with some beautiful people that works there, clients enjoy coming but management is horrible & class rooms was out of ratio majority of the time

Horrible managementthey dont follow the rules that are set and play. They have favorites and they pick and choose who youre nice to, and the clients suffer because of itits in the handbook that management is not to date staff and at Warren management is dating staff and that staff gets special treatmentwhen a client asks a question management slams the door in their face how professional because youre avoiding the truthits totally different on the inside its always show they dont want you to know anyting especially the truth everythings a secret you have a handbook in the management breaks all the rules they pick and choose what rules theyre going to followmanagement will tell you you can go to them for anything that you have a problem with yeah well the problem never gets resolved you have monthly meetings and its the same meeting every month and then to figure out whose employee of the month the managers put a sticky note under the chairs and whoever has the sticky note under their seat is employee of the month wow thats laziness and unprofessionalismno wonder they cant keep employees theyre extremely understaffed currently management will destroy a whole good team and thats whats happening but Managements not going anywhere so lose all your good help make sense

Great program for disabled adults!! My daughter attends and absolutely loves it!! Id highly recommend. Great staff too!!

They are the best service for my sister who is mentally disabled.
