I took items from my mothers estate to be shipped back to Texas. Susan said she was busy and would get to them later. The next morning they called and told me the items were in 2 boxes and shipping and packing was $166. For that price I expected everything to arrive safely. It did not. One box had 2 18inch ceramic angels and both were broken. When I called Susan, she asked for pictures of the box and items. Upon seeing them she claimed “someone” must have dropped and broken the items after delivery. I was the only one handling the box and items. I could tell they were broken before I even removed the thin bubble wrap. Susan claimed she’d wrapped hundreds of boxes and never made a mistake and knew she hadn’t done anything wrong. There was only a thin airpack between them. They obviously bumped against each other the whole way. To think I would drop both angels with such sentimental value is ludicrous. Why would I have paid so much money to ship them? I found Susan to be arrogant and heartless in her interactions with me.

Extremely helpful and very friendly! Will come back for their services for sure!! And will recommend them to everyone who needs items boxed and shipped!

Love this place. Can’t give 5 stars because it is quite expensive. But the service is always superb. The young girl (Alexa? Alexis?) with the super long hair is always so friendly & helpful.

Very knowledgeable and friendly place of business. Whether I have just a return thats prepaid (which theres no charge to drop off but do take in your photo id for UPS its required) or if I have something to ship they always know just what is needed!! Bonus is they have great greeting cards made in the USA and wonderful clean burning soy candles made right here in Ohio!! Definitely will continue to support this locally owned and operated business!!!

Every time I have used The Box Connection the service has been exceptional. The staff always goes above and beyond to help me and answer any questions I have. I know several people who have shipped to UPS Stores nationwide with no problem. Also, a quick Google search indicates that there are over 4700 independently owned and operated UPS Stores nationwide and to expect one person to know the procedures at that many locations, in my opinion, is ridiculous. I highly recommend The Box Connection!

The older gentleman who works there is always super nice and helpful, the younger high school aged girl who works there is very rude and does not have a welcoming smile or facial features. She always looks like she hates her life and her job and doesn’t look happy.

My 1st and last time Ill use them! $27 to ship an 8X10 picture from Warren to Columbus. They never told me I could package it myself in the store, which I intended to do. They never asked what method of shipment I wanted, they chose overnight, the most expensive. Never told me how much any of it was going to cost until it was done. My fault for not asking...then for just say NO, give me my picture back or lower the price!

I find there service up and down. I was mailing a package on Dec. 15. It was understandably very busy but the disorganization made the process extremely slow. There were only 4 people ahead of me and it took over an hour to get waited on. One unfortunate lady paid for the wrong package when the store mixed her up with another customer. When i finally did get waited on, the service was exceptional.update: The store took 3 days to get my package mailed. First they needed a phone number which i gave them. Next there was some confusion about lithium batteries which i had verbally talked to the gentleman about and had written on the store ticket which items had batteries in them. Took several phone calls to resolve. Will not be using this store to mail packages in the future. i changed my 3 star rating to a 1 star.

Expensive maybe it was because how far it was going, Colorado from Ohio. Only complaint I had was, they could have told me how much it was before they packaged it. $74 to pkg/ship UPS.

Showed up at 11:53 on a Saturday to drop two things off and the doors were already locked. The online hours say open until 12 and the door says they are open until 1pm on Saturday. Why are there hours if you don’t even adhere to them?
