I purchased both a vacuum (new) and a sewing/embroidery machine (used) from this store. My greatest regret is that I did not buy both sooner! Rick, Ann, and Lynn take excellent care of their customers, and Im 100% satisfied with both my purchases and the service. They were very rude on the phone. Asked if they buy old vacuum cleaners and they said no, i went to explain that i have 2 and was just wondering and went to ask if they knew who did, they hung up on me. Not great customer service in my opinion.
