It was my first day back since my surgery and I must say that I was truly impressed! Lots of hard work and preventive maintenance goes a long way. Job well done and thank you so much for all of the restroom restorations 👍 . As a Caravan employee and an essential worker I would like to ask for little more common courtesy in retrospect to the time allotment for disinfecting the restrooms. For the safety of the FCA employees as well as the employees that provide that of safety for them. Thank you so much for your survey. I believe this is the pressing plant that my grandfather worked at as a hi-lo operator, (his words). Close to 30 years or so I believe. Im curious if its possible to find out what particular cars had parts come out of this plant. And the years that they may have been produced. Im looking to buy an older vehicle that has something my grandfather made in it.

I recently moved to Assembly. And now I dont hate working hear again. Things feel similar to how it was when I came here from JNAP in 2008. Still my Union disappoints me. No where near how things were in 1998.

Union HiLo driver is a waste of time to everyone. He doesnt do his job and pick up pallets from truck drivers having them wait at least 4 hours just to get loaded or unloaded. Chrysler need to do something to solve this, but they dont approach union employees cause they are untouchable.!!!!

Im a new employee. This plant is a wonderful place to work. Its a very clean place to work. There tough but its because they want there employees to be the best!!!Safety is very important when building a vehicle that someones family will be riding in.Its important to do your job the way you were taught... They treat there employees like family. They encourage there employees to ask questions. Warren truck assembly plant welcome suggestions and employee input. Follow the rules and show up when your suppose to. Youll have a wonderful career......

Great place staff is amazing

Its old, inside and out. The people are a huge mix between friendly and downright rude. Its one of the least safest places Ive ever worked at. The production output is their primary goal which means quality and safety take a back seat. Thank god they have a quality department at all. Work/life balance is non-existent but thats just the way the auto industry in Michigan is.This place is a dinosaur that will either go the way of the dinosaurs, or hopefully be given the attention it needs to be World Class material. Right now, it is anything but.How they managed to get bronze and silver status is beyond me.Oh, and if a fight breaks out or if you get yelled at or threatened by someone, just leave. They dont care about you or your problems.If you do decide to work here, make friends with hi-low drivers, maintenance and skilled trades. These people will make your life easier here at Warren stamping.
