Absolutely HORRIBLE I tried calling not once NOT twice but FOUR TIMES and got hung up on every time. The first time they answered, I could hear a male in the background say “Google oh google we don’t want to talk to you” then they hung up. Very unprofessional

Great place to work, and or visit if our services are ever needed.Management and Ownership are great as well as the supporting staff. Ive watched management and support staff sit down with clients and help them with paperwork/court documents/insurance/ or even things that did not pertain to anything that was happening or had to do with the business.Once was called Michigan Diagnostic Alcohol and Drug Services and the name was changed to reflect where we wanted to head as a company hence Michigan Counseling Group.We do still provide all the other services that was once provided like:Drug screens for Employment/School/Court/Personal, DNA Personal and Chain of Custody, Support/PTSD/Change Classes, one on one counseling covering a wide array of things (We have 5 great counselors to choose from), Secretary of State/Probation/Mental Health/ and Opioid Risk Assessments.

I went to this place with one of my relatives. I felt discriminated. The white girl at the front desk was a bit rude to us. We did not feel welcome there. She seemed to be upset with something. She might have had a bad day, but if this how she is then she must change her attitude.

Wonderful friendly and professional staff. The owner is a really great guy. Actually in this business to help people. Takes the time to get to know his clients. They offer many services outside of drug testing. They are always fast, get you in and out. Have recommended them to several others. No comparison to other similar businesses.

I went there for a urine test and wasn’t sure what to expect but the manager, a short portly Indian guy named Fubar I think, was very nice and very helpful. I would definitely refer this place to a friend.

Just started PBT two times a week here. I work at 7:30 and you open at 6:30 perfect time right? Needless to say Im sitting on my lunchbox at the front door in the cold currently with out a ride to work because Ive been here since 6:30 and now its 7:11 AM AND STILL nobody is here and my ride has her own job to tend to. Thanks mdads lets hope my boss understands.UPDATE: showed up at 7:22. Payed for my PBT and offered to uber me to work which is awesome, but Im still late. Much appreciated but I hope it doesnt happen again because my boss is livid and technically at the end of the day its my fault for drinking and driving thanks mdads
