I asked to have my 8 inches of snow done..you said you would send quote 3 times. I know you were busy but you could of done snow. I would of paid you. Never received a quote. Maybe quote went to spam. Not sure. Did my own. Thanks.

My grass needed to be re done and they came out and seeded my yard for a great price! And now my lawn looks FANTASTIC! I also had some mulching done along the walkway of the house. And again, they provided great service and did a FANTASTIC job. Highly recommend this company.

I manage one of the largest cities in Oakland County. Xpert has been servicing our senior citizen lawn and snow program for the last 3 years. I can happily say that i have always gotten compliments on how respectful they are. Thanks Guys!

Xpert Lawn and Snow is contracted through the City of Berkley to do snow removal for their elderly residents. We had the big snowfall on Saturday and they didnt show up to take care of the snow at my mother in laws house. On Sunday evening they still hadn’t showed so we called them, they said they had two crews in the area and was assured someone would be out. No one showed. On Monday morning we called again and they said someone would be out that afternoon. Again, no one came. We spoke to them again this morning and after being told they were having issues with sub contractors we were told someone would be out, no one showed. Her car is now basically iced in and she has missed her doctors appointments because of it. What were to happen if EMS needed to get to her. I would not recommend using this company.

I Cant tell EVERYONE how pleased our company is, that we decided to go with an experienced Company like Xpert. This winter they were always on time and the Snow was already cleared for trucks to come and go, early in the mornings. We will most absolutely use Xpert Lawn and snow again next season for snow services, and most likely be using them for our Landscaping at our distribution warehouse this summer.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED..

This company is a joke I went with them for snow this year for my company. The first snow fall and they didnt show up till late at night. When they did show up the didnt even spend that much time here. Than we call them next day to see if theyre coming back to finish cleaning up and nobody answers the phone been calling all day its like they had my number blocked or something but when I call from a different number they pick up. They tell me they will be here within hour and still no one is here its been 3 hours nowAdding to my review its been 8 hours now looks like someone came and did piss poor job and did t salt

I would have selected a negative star if that was an option. Worst service ever!!! First contract with Xpert Lawn & Snow in our Lake Orion neighborhood - NO service received since yesterdays snow, after confirming with our management company that they would be out last night & this morning. They didnt come out and plow or shovel from last weeks small snow fall until 2 days AFTER. We have 80yr old+ people having to shovel their own driveways.... WHY ARE WE PAYING YOU??? I wouldnt use this company!

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. We got snow on Saturday, they came to salt the entrances and intersections on Monday night. They also ran over yards. Now we got a bunch of snow on Monday, today is Tuesday night and they haven’t shown up yet. I wouldn’t bother counting on them.
